Moving is one of the most stressful events in life, and working with Prime Storage on Pantops has made it easy and gave me confidence my property would be safely stored. I love the simple entry and automatic billing as well as the specials they run! Perhaps best of all is working with the staff who helped me with thinking through what I needed to do and when! I just moved to CVille all the way from Hawaii and have my whole life packed up, and was in need of somewhere safe, clean, and climate controlled to store my entire belongings. From the minute I spoke to Tracy to reserve a space, she was knowledgeable, friendly,helpful and pointed out the different sizes and prices with ease. On top of that, she was amazingly flexible when we decided to upgrade to a larger space. I was easily able to set up the drop off and move in, as well as set up auto-pay so there is one less thing to worry about every month. I highly recommend Tracy and Prime storage - it really is great customer service and wonderful facility!

I have had a great experience with this company. They make sure they give the best deals they have to offer for your needs. Tracy at the Charlottesville Pantops location was super helpful when I mentioned I needed to downsize my unti and she made sure everything was convenient to my needs and the smaller unit was not far from my original until. Thank you Tracy, you are the best!

I had to move storage units when the last place more than doubled my rate when it came under new management. I knew about Prime Storage from a friend who had units there previously so I decided to check them out along with a couple of other places. This place offered the best rate by far and I'm very happy with the unit. They're all climate controlled and the large garage door around the back makes access very easy. Tracy was super helpful as well!
