Brad at the Package Depot was just phenomenal! He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire shipping process. The item I had him pack and ship out to me was a very intricate and complicated piece of scientific equipment. It needed to be partially disassembled to be packed properly and he took pictures of that whole process. I received these packages (it took 2) and they were packed incredibly well. Thank you Package Depot!!! I will absolutely be using their services again. I have added pictures show the piece of equipment I had them ship.

I have shipped from here for years. They have always gone above and beyond. I was worried with ownership change, things might not be the same but they are as good if not better. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable. They consistently go above and beyond. I ship now for my business as well as for personal shipping -they are great with both.

These guys know DHL shipping. I had to send something to Austria and the guy who helped me was thorough and knew what he was doing. Definitely coming back again. Oh and bought some stamps there too.

We saw the man who posted the bad review below. Joel did his best to help the man but there was no pleasing him. Some people just want to be "Karens" in life. Joel is great, we trust him with everything and he works very hard to help everyone.

I watched the gentleman behind the counter treat a customer with utter disrespect, as if the customer was bothering him by simply asking for him to scan his package and give him a receipt. Something that is common practice in all other shipping stores. Disgraceful! I will never return.

They refuse to give a receipt for a prepaid package with a label...just throw your valuable package in a bin and hope nobody steals it before the UPS or FedEx driver gets there.

Guy was randomly so rude to me, only had to drop off a prepaid package and he gave me major attitude for no reason at all; the guy in front of me kindly saw I only had to drop off a package and said "oh you can go in front of me" then the clerk acted like I had cut the guy and was rushing him? Weird experience, wouldn't return
