I mean, they were nice, but I scanned 2 pieces of paper and printed 7 one sided black and white sheets and it cost me almost $18. $18! I almost died. I didn't even figure to ask the price of a sheet beforehand cause I'm thinking it cost maybe 25 cents each ir so.....stupid me for not asking. If I'd have know i never would have got it printed. At another location I printed a whole bunch of papers like 30 plus plages and it was less money.

I've been taking packages there everyday now for three weeks and I go in today to drop off packages and the lady tells me I can only drop off ten packages which I had then tells me that's too many to drop off. Then argues with me about what she just told me. Both ladies were rude and sarcastic

Avoid this place! Poor shipping experience ~ dropped prepaid USPS flatrate box, requested scanning. Rudely told "we no scan, put there" with pile of mail.
Next afternoon still no sign of pkg moving on USPS tracking. Phone call to this drop point made, results totally unhelpful.
Terrible way to run business.

I just recently found this place, and I am so glad it's there.It's a lot more convenient that having to go to the post office, as they are a 5 minute walk from me.They have everything you could need related to shopping or mail, and they have always been very helpful.I saw another reviewer mention there were always lines or lengthy waiting periods. Personally, once there was a few people, once there was one person ahead of me, and the other couple times it was just me. But, that's just been my personal experience.

I am so happy I found this Pack N Mail! The care with which they packed our heirloom clocks, and in a separate visit my grandmothers fragile cut glass was amazing. Everything arrived here (from Pantops to Washington state) intact. They really care enough and take the time to pack really well. It was well worth the drive out to Pantops, and I am very happy that I asked my family to ship thru Mail N More!!!
