Definitely a cute shop to visit! You won't leave empty handed since there is something for everyone at this shop. I've been here a couple of times and never have been disappointed.

The kids store is adorable and has the best selection of unique books, gifts and clothing. However, the sales associate’s icy demeanor and haunting scowl is not very inviting. I offered 3 nice smiles and hellos, but received only a horrid glare in response. Needless to say, it ran me out the door before I could finish looking. Bummer.

Don’t buy from this place without price comparing with the vendors they buy from. Today they charged me $73.00 for a dress that is selling for $49.99 from the vendor. I understand this is a small business but that kind of mark up is unfair.

This is a lovely shop on the downtown mall. There were beautiful clothes to choose from, sweet little books and a receiving blanket that was magically soft. I left with some great things for my baby grandson.

5 stars for the selection of clothing and overall display and design of the store. 1 star for the young blonde associate at the register, who barely lifted her head up to acknowledge us and kept her AirPods in while working. We had asked her a few questions like whether they sold any sun hats and she effectively told us to just look around. It like she was actively trying to avoid any sales, and it’s hard to understand why someone like that would be employed in a customer service role. A pinch of friendliness would go a long way in that store.

Wonderful little shop tucked away in downtown Charlottesville! Such cute and interesting things! Extraordinary collection of candles, cards and gifts! A must go-to for vegan cookbooks, special books of poetry and unique finds!

Really cute store with items I haven't seen anywhere else.

Cute stuff in the store, definitely overpriced (Rock Paper Scissors, also on the downtown mall, has some of the same exact stuff for dollars cheaper) but don’t expect to be acknowledged by staff until you’re ready to buy something.

**Update: have been two more times in the past two weeks for purchases. Meet the owner one day, she was incredibly down-to-earth and friendly. On my second visit, two other associates were friendly when I was at the register, but never engaged several other people browsing around the store, just chatted amongst themselves.----------Bizarrely, consistently unfriendly. I've been to this store several times over the past few years and have never been approached or welcomed. Sometimes I browse, sometimes I make purchases. On Dec 31st, I was in the store for over 30min, most of the time it was just myself and a woman at the register. I spent a long time looking at $200+ necklaces, 6 feet away from the woman just texting on her phone. My husband entered, I told him how lovely the necklaces were, honestly trying to see if she would dare engage with me, the customer. Nothing. I bought a few items and left. It's puzzling how aloof staff are. Like, I would have bought twice the products if they would have just spoken with me. What in the world?

What a great shop. Accomplished quite a bit of Christmas shopping here and it's all very well priced. We looked a few items up on Amazon just to compare and the shop prices were either the same or lower. Something for everyone here - from magnets and mugs with hilarious sayings, to things for plant lover or foodies, lots of fun socks, candles, and a great selection of unique puzzles. This will be a staple stop each time I'm in town.

I could probably spend hours browsing all the delightful goods contained in O'Suzannah, a lovely gift shop downtown. Hmm, it was right on the Downtown Mall but seems to have moved just off of it. Anyway, there are actually not too many locally-made items and some goods were a wee bit expensive, but overall, it's swell. Everything is laid out so thoughtfully and colorfully, and the whole shop's just so pretty to look at!
