Despite some hiccups along the way, Mike pulled through and took such great care of my car to ensure it was better than when I brought it in. He talked me through every step, knowing I'm not sure about car repairs at all, and yet did a fabulous job going above and beyond for my vehicle. I truly appreciate the care and concern this shop has towards its customers!

I set aside my day to set my ride strait today. It had been making strange sounds and the S wheel vibrated. I made an appointment at a repair shop 2 towns over known for their fair and honest car maintenance and repair. I got the run around and they would not even check my spark plugs (maybe they forgot I had this appointment for overall winterization) All they did was add Coolant when I suggested it when I saw the reservoir empty. I left and travels to Cville. Went to a big box Office shop that specialized in tires and felt sort of pressured to either get all 4 new ones or they directed me to a pricy shop. I left and then came to the 3rd stop which I guess is a charm?...because they were able to fit me in right away (maybe its the hairy location just feet away from the Rio Intersection) But NTB explained what offerings they had, no pressure, just friendly faces that put you at ease, Jordan, who rung me up, even gave me a 40 $ winterization discount. (it made the 30$ coolant top off @ the first place I went not bother me soo bad) It was unbelievably fast which might be another reason why you get fitted into the que so fast too. Its another option out there if you need tire service fast.

Showed up at 6:02 pm and the two guys in the lobby saw us trying to open the locked doors. Instead of helping us or even acknowledging us, they turned the lights off inside the building and just stared back at us. As I'm not interested in rude people that do the bare minimum in life, we will not be back now or in the future. They clearly don't want any of your business either.

I was leaving physical therapy when I found my car battery totally dead. I was able to use AAA to give me a jump. I called up NTB and they told me to come on in. I was able to come in and get a brand new battery and my tires filled with air less than 30 minutes. The mechanics in the staff were wonderfully nice

Was coming through town on I64 and had a water pump failure. Got towed to them on Sunday and they ordered the parts for a Monday delivery. We rented a car and headed home to the Outer Banks of NC. Came back Monday to a part that was lost in shipment from a supplier. They ordered the part from another supplier and drove the next morning, Tuesday to pick it up personally. Got back to the shop around 10 am and Kaleb cranked it out and we were back on the road by 1:30. Can’t say enough good thinks about the whole team . Went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thanks, JT and the dogs!

Had a tire blow out on the Interstate near the exit. NTB said to bring the vehicle in and they would be able to check it out in the morning. They were able to replace all tires cheaper than my other shop and had it done before lunch. Great service, thank you!

I appreciate the service I got at NTB. They helped me when I was in a bind and had to leave town. They were prompt and professional. Will definitely go back!!!
