I can not believe that my GP unwittingly referred me to Dr. Stewart for a consultation about my toenail, nor that my insurance helped cover my visit-- when ALL Dr Stewart does is hawk his $850 out-of-pocket laser procedure that is not covered by insurance. Dr Stewart came across as a slick salesman, without engaging with me as a patient whatsoever. When I asked about what he could offer me, apart from this exorbitant out-of-pocket procedure-- for instance, some basic education about my condition, and the possible options, he dismissed my question. Told me I could look it up online. If he's an independent guy out to hawk his lucrative procedures on his own, that is certainly his prerogative! But it does not seem right that an insurance company would cover this personal sales pitch without him also acting as a doctor to some degree; demonstrating concern for, or interest in the patients needs.

Dr. Stewart provided excellent care from start to finish. He was upfront and knowledgeable with the procedure, treatment, and cost. Most importantly he provided options that no other foot doctor could provide! I could not be more pleased with the results!

When I first met with Dr. Stewart, he set forth a concise plan to resolve my issues from repeated toe injuries over the years. It has been a long, steadfast process and one I would easily do again, given the very positive results. I have suggested him (and Novonail program) to anyone looking for help/treatment.

I went here for what I thought was a bacteria/fungus or something under my little toenail and a planters wart. The woes of being an athlete and dirty flip flops I guess... I was told the toenail was NOT a fungus, but actually my bone sticking up (even though it really looked like fungus to me). After one of THE MOST PAINFUL surgeries to remove the toenail & scrape the bone...it was still the exact same and I still was 99.9% sure it was a fungus so I treated it with an OTC anti-fungal and guess what?! It's gone now. With my wart, Dr. Stewart did another surgery and dug a quarter size hole out of my heel to remove it and it is STILL THERE! Not only is that wart there, but now there is another baby wart next to it. Awesome. Two incredibly painful & unsuccessful surgeries. Beware because there are more than likely less invasive treatments that are cheaper and will get you healed and on your way a lot faster. NovoNail didn't work either.

My experience with Dr. Stewart was excellent from start to finish! From my first evaluation, to the scheduling process, to follow up. I am very grateful for their kindness. Dr. Stewart is not only an excellent doctor, he is a wonderful person!

This is in response to the TV commercial. Each time I see it, I cringe at the message it sends...confidence and liberation through a pedi?

Dr Stewart's office and NovoNail have continued to provide excellent service for treatment of foot disorders. I have always been given appointments in a timely fashion and have appreciated their reminder calls. I have found the staff to be helpful and informative. I appreciate the innovative technology and have referred others to this practice. I have been followed by Dr Stewart and his staff for about 3 years as I recovered from a soft tissue injury which was complicated by an infection and fungus. I think it is important to remember that nails are slow growing and their ongoing persistence and treatment has paid off. I have been extremely happy with their care.

Stay away from this company! They charge for their services in advance and refuse to offer any sort of refund. Their receptionist is particularly rude to customers. When I suggested that my mother, who suffers from MS may have made a mistake in purchasing their services, the receptionist told me that she shouldn't be let out of the house by herself. They do not respond to complaints in a timely fashion. I had to call many many times before the appropriate manager got back to me. Avoid completely!
