Always high ended items, beautifully presented, at a discounted price. Their discounted price is still higher than most stores, but definately a fraction of the original designer price.

If you're between a 0-12 you'll probably find some cute stuff here. Anyone above a 12 beware that this store is not really for you, difficult to find items that are above a size 14.

Had the BEST experience here! We came in looking to browse and ended up finding a $500+ dress (new with tags) for $60. Kind and helpful staff! We will definitely be back.

Manager turns away basically all of you stuff. They ask you to bring your clothes on racks and if they aren't in ~pristine~ condition, will be turned away. I've bought stuff from here before & didn't think it was higher quality than anything I've tried to drop off (e.g., shoes with pen marks). To me it seems like they want to keep space open for repeat clients.

First, I'll say they have a good variety of sizes, styles, and items. But the rude staff and ridiculously overpriced clothing make it a no-go for me. I'd heard about the rude shop staff and it is 100% accurate. Having lived in other cities with phenomenal consignment clothing stores, this is just such a disappointment. Especially to see some items (that are beyond worn and ratty) priced $100+. I looked at a silk dress the other day (not even from a high end designer) that was $134 and had a a stain on the back.

Natalie Dressed is fabulous! I legitimately don't understand the negative reviews, and I'm a millennial, so I'm prone to cynicism haha. If you ask what styles/brands/season they're currently taking/sell best, they give great guidance, and I've had lots of luck both consigning and shopping here over the years! Every time I walk in, Cara goes out of her way to say hi! She remembers things I've bought/brought in, and provides a nice shopping experience without feeling like you're in the way even when they're super busy with incoming items!My favorite things I've found here are from: Herno, Johnny Was, Nili Lotan, Madewell, Mother, MISA, Golden Goose, Officine Creative, and some funky well-made but lesser known brands I've discovered while shopping here (typically originally from Eloise/Scarpa).Anywho, one of my absolute favorite spots! Each consignment/resale shop in town has it's own personality, so just figure out what works best at each place and don't take it personally if your items aren't accepted. The backside of this is that as a shopper, you know the items they've curated are in good, clean condition, and are classic or on trend (no junk to sift through) :)

Natalie Dressed is just such a treasure. I went in this week and got the cutest clothes for great prices. The staff are some of the nicest people ever. It is rare I don't find some amazing piece of clothing, a purse, jewelry, shoes, scarves, etc. I have scored big for my grandkids and husband also. I cannot say enough about their kind help

Don't consign here. The reviews about the rude staff/owner are absolutely true. Especially if you're young, don't bring your stuff here lol; nothing sold for like a month, but around the same time I took a ton of clothes to Darling x Dashing downtown and nearly everything sold within 2 weeks! In addition, their system is extremely disorganized; you have to call in to check whether things have sold, and depending on who you speak to you will receive conflicting information.

Not only is the clothing, stylish and fabulous at reasonable prices, and the staff super helpful, but I lost my grocery list at the store today and they took a picture of it and texted it to me! Now that’s above and beyond customer service!

I consigned some Bergdorf Goodman evening dresses, several quality coats and a large bottle of French perfume to this shop. I received $7. Judge for yourself. I know I will not be returning to this 'shop' - ever.

There’s no “picking through” to find good quality here - it’s ALL phenomenal. A great place to find timeless pieces and a lovely staff. I’m looking forward to visiting again!

It can be hard to find great clothes at a great price...this shop makes it possible! Thanks to the awesome ladies that own it, my wardrobe is completely Natalie Dressed!! I have gotten the best: clothes, shoes, handbags, jewelry, scarves, and family apparel here!!! A true Charlottesville gem.
