It's the worst person there the name is Donna, act like manager but she's not, non professional at all and does not care of anything. Pretend to help you but she do nothing. She talk bad of business around, we report her but still she's there. Good job BOA.

The service isn't bad, my biggest issue is no drive thru. I hate how I can need to run errands in Charlottesville and I can get curbside pick up or go through a drive through EXCEPT the bank and JUST Bank of America. I have a few loans and do business with 4 banks and ONLY Bank of America has no drive through. Normally I have pets with me so that's been an issue but with COVID it's crazy that you must come in. The CDC and common sense you would want to avoid this but Bank of America would rather go backwards instead of forwards . I feel bad for the employees as well as every customer subjected to COVID because the uppers at BOA can't provide what most ALL banks do along with many other establishments.

i ve been with boa since 1998 in chapel hill nc, i moved to charlottesville va in june 2017, i went to the bank on barracks rd end of july , waited for 2 hours, associates coming and going, when i asked the receptionist for help he ordered me to sit down, when i insisted he told meet have a good day, i called customer service and complained. 3 weeks later i went to the same branch to transfer money from my personal account to my business account, i represented the cold teller crystal my id, my debit cards, i signed the transfer receipt , she called another cod person victoria who said they don t like my signature, i stayed for 30 minutes there signing receipts to no avail, they gave me my id and debits cards, my hands were shaking and while i was talking and gesturing my id fell off my hand on victoria s huge body, instead of the transfer they ordered me to leave, i called customer service again , they appologized and understood my frustration and told me to stay away from that branch. on sunday , i did the transfer through my phone , funny enough , they charged me $15 for it. the question : does bank of amerikkka has the right to harass and kick colored customers out of the branch? is it a new bank practice to not let people do transfers at the branch, so you can charge them for it. Wich AMERICA this bank is serving anyway????

I've been with Bank of America since I opened up my first checking account in 2000. I came into this branch to get help with some unexpected transaction fees. An associate spoke with me and then what I presume was a manager. They were incredibly unhelpful. I had to call the national customer service line and go through my problem again in order to be helped. It's an incredible hassle to switch banks but I'm starting to look around. As an customer that has been with with them for so long, that is normally an ATM-only (low maintenance) kind of customer, and who's getting her MBA from a top university (and thus has the potential to be more revenue-generating customer in the future), it left a bad taste in my mouth that they were unwilling to help me.

I move almost every year and I travel frequently, but this BoA location remains my favorite! The people are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and they are very efficient at what they do. Every time I am in Charlottesville, I stop in this branch to take care of my banking needs.
