“Came in to fix my daughters screen and asked about my charger port they explained it probably was just dirty and they cleaned it and it works fine now but my daughters phone look brand new I’ll be back tomorrow to fix my own screen”
“Mine is an interesting story of events that led me to the Verizon store @ 5th st Market Sq.
After meeting a fabulous salesman at cellular 1 named Michael, who was setting up my replacement phone that unfortunately wasn't working; I was frustrated & asked if I could speak to their corporate offices which I did & asked for a 256 phone to replace my 128 phone at no additional cost & was told by somebody young & arrogant that that wasn't a possibility that it would cost me an additional $25 per month?!
!I did not agree w/ this considering my many years of being a loyal customer W/ cellular 1 ; I was very disappointed in his reaction so therefore, I left cellular 1 & went to Verizon.
Soooo ... I originally walked into the Verizon store on Emmett Street & an elderly gray hair man try to help me but seemed very flustered when I told him I did not need 128 storage that I needed 256 storage. He seemed to get very confused & offered me information on the 128 phones which I said no that's not what I'm interested in ; at that point ; I left & called the Verizon store at 5th Street station & was Lucky enough to meet someone by the name of Luciano… I was there last Friday to get my new iphone 15 Pro & returned there today to finish setting up my phone. He was extremely personable and very patient.! needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised & very satisfied! thank you, Luciano!”
“We had a fabulous experience yesterday with Noah P. at this Verizon store in Charlottesville. Our grown daughter was in town for a wedding and was flying back to South America that afternoon. Unfortunately, her iPhone was having lots of trouble and she was hoping to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro, but she only had about an hour of time before she needed to get to the airport. Noah quickly understood the situation and helped her get the new phone and transfer all of her data to the new phone in time for her flight. He was highly professional and friendly with a super high level of customer service. It was one of the best interactions we have had a Verizon store. Noah, thanks for all of your help and support during a stressful time for our daughter yesterday afternoon.”
“THANK YOU OMAR!!!! I was so tired of my horrible Straight talk service that I drove across town with only minutes to spare before boost mobile closed. I needed to switch my service to boost that day. I asked Omar if he was about to close and would completely understand if he could not help me. But he was more than willing to help me and said it wouldn’t be a problem. His kindness never wavered. Even though I was clearly anxious and frustrated by my situation. Because I needed my phone to work immediately. But he made it such an easy process and was not bothered by the fact that I had arrived at closing. He even said he was happy to work. He helped me immediately find the phone I needed, was patient, and answered any questions I had. He gave me tips regarding my new phone and was just an all-around good person. I highly recommend this U.S. Cellular store and especially Raschaud. It was truly a pleasant experience. Another salesperson there was Avery, who was an also all-around pleasant person. This experience was so welcome after a previous unpleasant experience at this store a few years ago. If going to this store, try to get Raschaud or Avery, you will be happy you did.”

They are busy and you may have to wait but aleast they seem to know what's going on and won't steer you wrong.”
