They did an amazing job repairing a big scratch I put on the side of my car from hitting a rock smh. My final bill was even $200 less than what I thought it was going to be! Would definitely recommend to all my friends & family. And even had it fixed right in time for the holidays!!! :)))))

This place ain’t nothing but the truth!The service is pleasant business welcoming.They gave me date for an estimate,gave me a date that won’t long out at all.I dropped my car off a Tuesday they told me Thursday if we don’t run into any set backs.There were no set backs my car was ready like they said.Shout to Chris and the whole Master’s Body Shop.The work is on point.People look no further this the way to go!!

I want to start off by saying Master's did an excellent job with repairing my issue and when I picked my car up, everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, there were many things that got in the way of me rating them any higher. When I was involved in a hit and run in June, I was told by a couple of people to trust Master's to take care of my car, so after a while, I called to schedule an appointment. I believe I made the appointment about a month after the incident, but I can't remember for sure. I do remember that the earliest time available was months later. I took this as a good sign. A good place will be worth the wait.Finally the date rolls around and I dropped the car off the night before and left the keys in their drop box. The next day I never got a call or a text saying they received my vehicle. This made me nervous since I never handed my keys to a human only in a box, so after not hearing anything, I decided to call in the afternoon. They did have my car, which was nice to hear, but I wish they would have reached out. From there, that's essentially how all of their communication went. I was never contacted or updated on the status of my vehicle at any point unless I called. I called once a week so I could get an idea of what they were doing. I would have liked anything from them to know so I had an estimate on when I could be ready to pick up my car.There was one incident when contacting them that frustrated me the most. I called one day and was told that a part was late but was expected the next day. The person I talked to said it was the last thing they needed before finishing putting the car together. So I waited a couple of days and called again. Typically I had called and someone was able to just answer immediately about the status of my car. The person I reached started doing the same and then the line disconnected. I figured I would call back and a new person answered. When I asked about my vehicle, they forwarded me straight to a voicemail box. I hung up and figured I might just get a call back from the first person. Nope. All of this was still not as bad as when I went to pick up my vehicle. It had rained the night prior and it had been really cold out. Well when they were working to pull my car out, they found that it was dead. They couldn't get the trunk open because the lock was frozen. Fine most of this is out of their control or so I thought. I later found that both doors to my vehicle were not closed all the way. This let water in and then froze to the carpet and this is what killed the battery. Master's did excellent work on the body panels of the car and even went above and beyond on the work. They did a lot more than I expected, but I cannot rate them any higher than because of the neglect they showed towards me and my vehicle.

I took a front bumper there to be painted. The car is 21 years old. I brought a paint chip sample from the wrecked part of the car, and what I got back was totally impressive! They matched the paint color EXACTLY to the 21 year old paint. The price was completely worth it. BTW, this was a Red corvette.Service: Painting

We had a great experience here! We had some minor body and suspension damage to a 2019 Kia, and the local Kia dealer recommended that we bring it here. The group was great to work with and easy to communicate with. The final product was amazing - they restored the car to like-new quality and even went above and beyond to clean the car out a bit before we picked it up. Really happy with the whole experience!

I couldn't be happier with Masters Auto Body. Chris and Pam both returned my calls and emails promptly. And although the pandemic makes parts take a long time to get in which is out of their control, they kept me informed, and did the work as promised. Pam even arranged for a rental car that was available right on the premises for an extremely reasonable fee. Vince, the manager, always got back to me as well, and I feel the whole place is run well and is devoted to customer service. The repair was done excellently, and it looks like nothing ever happened which is exactly what I wanted.Service: Body & Trim

A friend recommended this shop and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Those who fixed my front bumper and rear panel did a fantastic job. They actually exceeded my expectations with both the repair and the extra little things that were done to make it shine. Thank you for that.

Professionalism, dignity and integrity is what makes a long lasting business prosperous. These things I truly had confidence in when choosing Masters Auto Body for a repair shop. I was fooled, Vince Kelliher GM is the GM that I spoke with in regards to my 3 out of 4 rims on my vehicle being damaged while in Masters Auto Body care. My vehicle was transported to another shop for a front wheel alignment without my consent and it is between there and Masters where the damage took place. I bought my truck less than 3 months ago and I know every mark and ding on it. Vince Kelliher told me it's nothing that he could do for me because they have never had a problem like this and he believes that this could have never happened at their shop due to it never having problems in the past. I informed him that it's a first time for everything and he said "not for us." I am an employee of our state government and this hurts me deeply that I could be so easily discarded as a customer and as a human being. I plan on taking legal action and hope that this issue will be resolved in due time. Please do as I shouldn't have had to and take pictures of your entire vehicle before trusting it with a company that will not stand behind what they claim as a brand.
