I spent four months attempting to get supplies from Apria prior to asking for a CPAP supply referral to Lincare. I got an appointment for ordering CPAP supplies and completion of that order in less than one week's time. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! Hats of to this office and the Lincare team!

I called Lincare in Charlottesville,
Virginia to speak with Michael and was told he was with a customer. I asked for a callback.
It never happened. Today just a bunch of automated options. Still have not talked to Michael. This is very unprofessional. I am not happy with this company at all.
Yesterday, I read the reviews and shook my head. Today I understand why the negative reviews. This is not the way a business should operate. I am not one to complain. I always stand by my word and expect others to do the same especially a business.

Do not use this place. If zero stars was an option I’d have used it. Customer service is horrible. I’m trying to set up a new account for supplies and will probably need a new Cpap machine soon since my Phillips one is being recalled. All I need right now, emergently, is a mask and headgear because mine is duct taped and safety pinned. But they require a sleep study before any supplies can be sent, no matter what. Short story, the lady told me if I need a mask to go get one on Amazon and they won’t help me.
I guess they don’t need business, so let’s not give them any!!!!!!

I have nothing but praise for this company and its staff. The hours Jona and particularly Michael spent explaining every detail of how to use the CPAP machine, and then the nebulizer, why each were so important, what specific problems they were designed to address, the encouragement I was given…. I honestly feel like these people gave me back my life. I would defy anyone to tell me they received 1/10th of this kind of attention from either of our local hospitals. This place is fabulous.!

They spent quite a bit of time explaining to me, the advantages and benefits of CPAP. They took the time to make sure I understood the system and make sure that I had contact information if I had any issues. I did call back a few days later with a concern, and it was quickly addressed. I was pleased with the service

There’s only one reason I am given this company two stars and that’s because of Jerome he’s thoughtful, intelligent cares and his dependable. I’ve been using this company for 10 years. I’ve had numerous times where they have scheduled to come out to deliver oxygen and not show up and blame it on me, I’ve called over the years so many times and just been left on a continuous hold when I call I feel like I am annoying them like they’re annoyed with me and recently I’ve had an issue where my breathing has gotten extremely worse they wanted me to do a walk test due to Insurance in order to get a machine that would go over 5 L by the way the machines that they send you don’t even go to 5 L even though they say they do as it turned out I have double pneumonia and a heart issue I’ve been begging them to deliver me a machine that would give me the oxygen I need they keep blaming Insurance I can’t even tell you the horrible story about one of the representatives happen to be at my doctors office while I was there and the comment that he made should’ve gotten him fired on the spot. I am so so so fed up with this company, and as other people have stated I’m considering buying my own machine Again, Jerome is the only reason why I’m giving them two stars

I have been nothing but pleased with my care. The staff have done a great job working with me to get my CPAP supplies. Ashley and Danielle have both been helpful in setting an appointment that worked for me. The first CPAP mask I tried didn’t work for me and Jona helped me find the right mask and I am now sleeping so well! The guys that set up oxygen are alway willing to help however they can. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and hardworking and I have been so happy with the care I receive from them and I am so happy I made the switch to Lincare!

Not impressed with this place.bad business practice and customer care is zero. Low level employees have attitude problems and are rude when I called. Main office phone never picks up . One time I actually hold my phone for 2 hours just to see how long before they pick up. Well, they never did. Left my credit card info with them so I don't have to worry about paying them monthly. My bill is $2.99 per month. Anyway. I have left them my card, they weren't successfully charged. Called them multiple times to pay but they never picked up the phone nor return message. Next time when I need a CPAP machine, I will make sure I am not buying from them. With that kind of service . Oh also never got a call from them to replace old parts for the machine. Shut this place down. It's embarrassing to even in business.
