“Fixed” a leak in my coolant system, had to go back the next day as it was still gushing fluid, then had to go a third time because Jiffy Lube tech told me my coolant was low. None of the guys in the shop speaks English fluently, so it makes it hard if you go after the office closes at 5. On the plus side, the office manager is very nice, they just don’t do top-quality work.

Family broke down in Charlotesville on the way back home to southern VA. Problems with steering were the main issue. They stopped here to drop the car off and they used illegitimate parts that totally screwed up the car. They were uncommunicative and completely avoidant. We paid using my credit card. Now we are trying to figure it out with another auto shop and this "business" is refusing to give back the money that they took from our family for a faulty job. Larry (the guy who actually threatened my sister), Amanda, Yasha (the owner who never answers the phone and avoids all responsibility) and the whole place need to understand that people in a desperate position shouldn't be toyed with. Having a con-artist auto shop threaten my sister, destroy our car, and hold our money hostage is a new low.UPDATE:It's strange to say this but they actually got a lawyer to pull down negative reviews from my family. How disgraceful. Law is finally at a point where con-artists are being defended.

Absolutely awful, terrible and overpriced service. They took $2800 from me for a repair that I later found out should have cost $13-$1800 and have refused to refund it.

Always straightforward and thats with pricing and prioritizing repairs. If you can get it done cheaper believe it or not, they will let you know. Better off going directly to the dealer?, believe it or not, they will let you know. Communicative staff and excellent customer service. If the staff member is not a mechanic they don't pretend to be and try to talk over your head. Honesty is a big thing in my book and this business has proven to be honest and loyal. I drive 40 minutes to Larry's because this is the only place I trust and Ive had negative experiences with other mechanics since moving to the area. They have worked on our Audi Q5 and our Mazda CX9 and will continue to work on any vehicle my family drives.Services: Auto brake replacement

Tried to charge me $1700 for a repair that other nearby companies offered $700. Then tried to charge me a $110 diagnostic fee. Horrible shark of a company..

My car was broken down and they tried to take advantage of me by charging $1600 for a belt repair. Had my car towed to another shop and they did it for $700. This company WILL PREY ON YOU. They also charge a $110 diagnostic fee, so beware!

We were from out of town & had a broken rear driveshaft. My hubby was fixing it but couldn't get a part disconnected. Larry's auto was sooo helpful. They stopped everything & popped it off. They were so nice & compassionate for people broken down needing someone to lend a hand. Will recommend to local friends!!! Thank you!!

Took 5hr to get 2 bolts ? out but when I drove by they working on other cars had it for 2days $575 never again prices are outrageous ?
