Does not accept United Healthcare insurance for "free*" vaccines. They really meant it when they put the asterisks on the back of all the employee t-shirts.

I have been shopping at Kroger, Rio Hill since moving to the area in 2019, and the quality of customer service has descended to an all time low, except for the meat and seafood department. The checkout area is especially bad with one or maybe two checkouts available and usually only half of the self checkouts. I have actually left a basket of groceries after asking the front checkout supervisor to open additional registers only to be told she didn't have the authority to do so and the manager was not available. I have shopped at this store for the last time.

Tried to get a prescription transferred and was told it takes days. After having the other pharmacist tell them it does not take days and they can call her immediately to do the transfer they waited around and checked emails before trying to call. It wasn’t till I got loud did all of a sudden it was done in 15 mins all while my son was having an asthma attack. Then they have the audacity to have attitude! Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!!

While the staff is friendly I never get my medicine filled on time. Takes days longer than quoted and I'm not notified of delays or when it's filled

Store was like any other Kroger. Clean and had everything I needed to make some delicious chick pea stew for my college friends. However do NOT EVER use the bathroom here. In an emergency I would still rather shit my pants than use their facilities again.

I have been a Rio Hill Kroger Pharmacy customer since 1996, but lately the staffing problems and lack of customer service skills have made me switch to Costco. I am very sorry to leave, there are 2 very awesome employees there, but when they aren't working that day, everything always gets messed up. Kroger really should focus on proper pay, hiring and training practices. The place has really gone downhill.

Three times now i have called and double checked the website before i drive 35 minutes to get there at 10:35-45. All three times the door is locked and the person there just shrugged and says sorry Why would u say you are open till 11pm when u certainly are not?

Clean, Reliable Grocery Store I've always been in love with discounts. Kroger is full of them. From discounts on food, to sales of close-outs, to the ever-important $0.03 off gas, Kroger is a wonderful place to shop. It opens at an opportune time considering its near where I work and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The store is clean and has exactly what I would expect a large grocery store like Kroger to have. I've always been impressed with their flower and balloon selection and the way they redecorate their sodas for different sport seasons. Overall, this is a fine grocery store to shop at. At the very least, stop here to get your gas!

The 3 stars are for the stock. I always get what I need, and this location keeps up with its inventory. I'm in and out in 30 minutes most days. The two star subtraction is for the service. Some of the cashiers are very rude, ESPECIALLY if you don't use one of the dividers to separate your items from another person. I had a cashier roll her eyes at me, even though I pointed out there was only one at the register, that the person in front of me was using. Additionally, employees who are fulfilling online orders don't seem to acknowledge your existence. Several times I have had to turn around in an aisle because they wouldn't let me through. I even had one move my cart out of the way as I was reaching for an item on a high shelf. All in all, this Kroger works in a "get in, get what you need, and get out" grocery. If you're expecting courteous service, go elsewhere
