I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Jean and Sara are great and others are helpful. We should all be more patient with what they do.

I love this pharmacy and it’s people, they have great prices and are very personable. People can be so hard on others these days-we are all doing our best!!

I went through customer service for two services and was harassed by security. As I checked our she accused me of using self checked out as an excuse to violently stop my basket with her manual switch with my two month old in the basket causing him to jerk in an aggressive manner. Sorta like being hit from the rear in a vehicular accident. I told her I did not use self check out so she didn't need to check my receipt. This lady with the bad weave needs to be fired for profiling a defamation. I purchased all of my items and had a receipt.

Being rude to a customer and talking about them to a coworker right in front of them is never okay. My mother was picking up medication that her doctor told her would be free. The pharmacist upon being told this made a snarky comment and looked my mother and I up and down.

Very slow service and long waiting times even when told that the prescription is ready days before. Can never get anyone on the phone to get in contact with.

Imagine a pharmacy so incompetent that you show up 4 separate times to get *1* prescription and you're still unable to get it. That pharmacy would still be better than this one, because if you go here, you're also going to have to wait 10 minutes each time.

I order refills and then wait a week and they don't process it until I'm at the store. And after standing in a long line, they say it'll be ready in 20 minutes. It's very frustrating. Reminiscent of how bad CVS pharmacy is. I like Kroger and am typically shopping there anyway but I'm tired of dealing with the long lines and always waiting for my prescription to be ready. I transferred to Wegman's online and my prescription was ready the next day.

I have used Kroger Hydraulic for 10 years with satisfaction. However, five of my last six prescriptions took 6+ days to fill. Equally irritating is that the Kroger computer sends out a pick-up notice for the time when the Rx should have been filled, not when it is actually ready, causing multiple wasted trips to the store. I have now moved all my prescriptions elsewhere.

The staff here does not care about the customer whatsoever. This pharmacy is in utter chaos. I have called again and again to try to receive medications that are weeks behind. They even mixed up the medication in the bottles which caused my mom to overdose accidentally. Unfortunately, we still have to use this pharmacy as it is a specialty pharmacy with our insurance and with the medication needed. DO NOT use this pharmacy.

This pharmacy has gone downhill over the last 4 years. I tried calling 4 separate times and waited nearly an hour in the last 2 days and STILL haven't heard from them. Never going here again.

The people are very rude at this pharmacy. I called to get the status of a phenobarbital prescription and could not get an estimate.I explained I’m driving 40 minutes to get there can you please give me a estimate, they said no, I again asked just around what time and they still could not tell me when I pick up my seizure medication. The person at the family hung up.I get it, people are overwhelmed, overworked, and short staffed but I am a patient in need of medication and can’t seem to reach a professional person who works there, even the pharmacist is rude. The only reason I go here is because phenobarbital is cheaper for me without insurance.Kroger is definitely not your neighborhood pharmacy, they just suck!

The only reason I continue to use this pharmacy is because it is a preferred pharmacy with my Medicare D. The service has been getting worse for months every time I use it. Last month the pharmacy person who I spoke with on the phone was so rude she wouldn't let me finish my sentence before answering sharply. I called back and another person helped me and found a better price for the med I needed. Now this time I used the phone system on a Thursday to request refills on 4 meds. Was told meds would be ready on Saturday by noon. Never got a text that they were ready. Have called several times past 3 days and nobody answers the phone, so I resort to leaving a phone message to check on the status. No text, no response. Today is Monday and the status still says Saturday before noon. I reached someone this morning who said they were still filling it and would be ready in 45 minutes. My husband picked them up for me, and there were 3 instead of 4 meds. So now have to wait till tomorrow to go back for the 4th, which is the med I ran out of.
