Contacted this business due to its name, Kevin’s Restoration and Auto Repair, and it listing rust repair on its business card as an offered service. I called to the business to speak specifically about: repair work to a small patch of rust located in the interior of a late model sedan and inquire about remedies to a beaded seal. (Both things I ((and I believe most others)) would categorize as falling under restorative and repair work). However, without really attempting to understand my reason for calling and the full nature of the repair, I was dismissed and turned away. I was surprised at how firmly I was told by the business that they do not and will not be able to render any service as they did not do such work. They were so very sure without so much as taking a look and certainly did not try to understand the true nature of my repair needs. Very truly it felt to me as though the person who took the call simply did not want to be bothered with rending any service. I also felt that perhaps a suggestion/referral to another local business who may be of service would have been courteous, a gesture of good faith business even.I would not recommend anyone to this place because of this and the undertones drawn from the conversation and lack of assistance by the business.

Kevin's towed and fixed our car. Had it back to us in record time. He has done other work as well. We won't use anyone else!!

Speaking with complete objectivity as a new and thus far one-time customer: KR&AR was recommended by another local business (tires) I have used for years. KR&AR did my car body work and trailer frame reinforcement with excellent skill, fair pricing and optimal attitude (as such, my sense is something fishy about the negative review post).

Took my car there because of a starting issue, the people here don't even know how to properly change a car battery. Never should anyone trust them with their cars unless they won't incompetent work.
