Prices are good, when there is a sale. I like their linen shorts and the shorts. Their suits are just ok. It's not Brooks Brothers, but the again, you aren't paying BB prices

I have never been so disappointed in a customer service experience. We have documentation from 5 different visits prior to placing our order listing our order details and specifications and once placed over 80% of our order was incorrect. Mistakes happen, but when working alongside the staff to try and correct the errors we were horrified at the response. The manager was incredibly rude, condescending, and disrespectful. He admitted that the suits were not aligned with our order and contract but stated that they would stand by their incorrect product, and expected us, the customer, to solve the problem for them. They added SO much stress prior to our wedding day and after copious efforts on our part to fix their errors they still were not able to make it right. I am saddened to write this but hope I can save future brides and grooms from the agony and stress this establishment caused. I would stay far away from this store and wish we had sought service elsewhere - they will say they can accommodate your order and not deliver even close to what they promise.

It's weird that you'd buy a tailored suit from Jos A Bank and carry it out with a plastic dry cleaner bag. It poor service that they don't provide garment bags for tailored suits that cost well over $500. I didn't want to go there but my husband insisted in trying a new place. Now we know this is our first and last visit.

Cheyenne was an absolute pleasure! She assisted us in tailoring right up until closing! We are very grateful since we have a big event coming up and do not live in the area. We appreciate her excellent customer service from start to finish.

These guys have poor attention to detail. Gave me the incorrect suit color from the rest of the groomsmen and by the time we found out while getting ready, it was too late. Beware going here if you're using a group code, it's highly likely they will make an error that is hard to catch until the last moment. They did refund the purchase but I would've preferred to have the right suit color for the wedding.

Our sales representative, Saundra Wells, was excellent. It was very busy in the store but she took the initiative to help us start our shopping without distracting her focus from completing the sale for the other customer. When that was done, she did an outstanding job of working us through purchase of two tailored suits. Her advice was impeccable and corrected several misconceptions I had about my size and fit. She is non-pushy, observant, knowledgeable, and a joy to shop with!

Conner is amazing!I scheduled an appointment to get fitted thinking that was the only assistance I was going to have in searching for a new suit. Once I was measured, Conner spent almost an hour with me helping me find fashionable new outfits. He was very helpful. I will be back!

Although the alterations took almost a month and then were not right the first time, they got it right the second time, and the staff was very helpful in orchestrating it.

On November 3, 2023, I decided to visit Jos A. Bank to purchase a suit for a event. The staff and manager made me feel welcomed and helped me pick out a wonderful suit and a few shirts and ties. I have to say that I was very pleased with their service and staff. O yea; I forgot his name, but there was a smaller build, black gentlemen who was really good at picking out color coordination's, and was very up-to-date on the current styles. Thanks!!

Last year I had a wonderful experience at this store with a sales representative who was exceptional and helped with sizing my son for a jacket. I went back again in recent weeks and found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful while I puzzled through the sizing and looked through disorganized racks for what could potentially fit my son. There are several men standing around waiting to measure -- as if they were some high-end NY store-- but otherwise will give you a blank stare when you ask for help. Additionally, all the sizes available here are big, so don’t expect to find a huge selection of 36 and 38s. Bottom line, don’t waste your time here unless you are a man (so they can measure you) and need big sizing. Perhaps you will be treated differently. I went down the street to the J Crew Factory and found exactly what I needed for my teen.

This store is always great. The service is outstanding especially for this day in age. The styles are nice and varied. The clothes are a great quality for the price, hence excellent value. I’ve never had a bad experience with this Jos A Bank store or the gear.

I just purchased over $300 without anyone helping. No one other than us there but they won't even ask if we need help or find goods.Two other families came as we're about paying, but same. Wow. Unless you love hassle less shopping, don't go here. Not recommend store.
