Shoddy work could've killed my son on his wedding day. His brakes failed at a stop sign 3 days after their tech Warren Riner signed off on a brake replacement. They have worked on the brakes 3 times and the truck has less than 30,000 miles.

Three stars for the purchase of a new vehicle, minus 2 stars for no returning calls.I hate a great experience purchasing a vehicle through Jim price. The process was fast but thorough, and the team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable for all our questions. We even discussed trading in our current vehicle to them.We had a clarifying question before we wanted to start the trade in process after we were finished, and all through the holiday stretch I left multiple calls for the two gentlemen that gave us their cards, and while one did acknowledge me through text, neither ever got back to me. Two weeks later I called in and spoke to someone else, but decided to sell my car elsewhere. That said, looking for to the service center, as they have great deals for Chevy owners!

I know some people think they service is great but I don't. The heavy set mechanic with the glasses cant do anything right but be nasty. His lack of knowledge and unprofessional attitude lost my business. I told them to give me my keys and I went elsewhere to get the repairs done. It was easy and inexpensive but Price Service told a whole different repair and high cost. Do not use them!

I got two cars in the past from this dealership, since then this place has gone downhill. I went in for an appraisel for my vehicle and was told it was good for 3 days. On the 3rd day I went in and the manager who gave me the appraisel was not there. So I talked to someone else at Jim price who could help me sell it. Well he decide not to buy it because HE felt that is wasnt worth what the manager offered, I asked him well what do you think it is worth? He couldnt tell me what it is worth and had to wait until someone who knows what they are talking about to come in. He had a snobby attitude and kept telling me I was better off going somewhere else. He was not pleasent to be around and talk to, now I know why his office in the back where he cant be seen. I called and left a voicemail to the manager and asked if he would still my my vehicle. He never called back. To the snobby clown who doesnt know what he is talking about, yes it is a win....a win for me

This is my second vehicle purchase from Jim Price and let me tell you; it was the best experience I have had! They beat my preapproval from a company; the process only took two hours max! I was in and out in no time! I was able to get the payments where I wanted them with add ons! My Sale person who I recommend you use is Sam Clarke 10/10 recommend him for any future purchases for yourself!

Worst experience I have ever encounter in my life. Ask questions about my vehicle no one returns my calls from service dept nor can even give me any updates. It’s like screw you don’t care you don’t have a way to work or care for your small children. No loaner offer. Sad that a company would treat military families this way.

Nothing but great service. I've had numerous jobs done here. But this one stands out. I took my truck to Chevy dealer in Stanton because they had an earlier appointment date. They "fixed" the truck and said no more issues would happen. 2 days later check engine light comes on. A week later I have another check engine light and turns to be a misfire on piston 8 (which is the reason I had work in the first place). I come to Jim price who is my local dealer and they say it would be done on Monday or Tuesday. I get a call 30 hours after my appointment date saying it was done. The service was fast, reliable, and answered all questions.

Honest dealership, friendly staff, great prices. The service department is outstanding. The service advisor Gary gives incredible service and fast results. The problem is fixe correct the first time at reasonable prices. If you need service definitely go to this dealership.

I have taken my 2004 fleetwood bounder in for service several times as well as inspection. They are true professionals and they do what they say. Highly recommended.

Do not waste your time with these crooks. They are liars and there cars are very overpriced! After expressing the fact that I did not want to waste any of my time, (especially because I had yo be to work), and they fed me lies to come in. After 2 test drives of 2 different potential cars I was told that my income is was not verifiable but I never knew that a company that pays you was not considered verifiable. Overall, after previously purchasing and fully paying a car from another lot, I am so glad I did not give my hard earned money to these judgmental , get over thieves who calls there selves running a business! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Traverse on Mar. 2, 2020. It had 116,187 miles on it. According to the inspection sticker it had been inspected sometime earlier in March. Since then I have put 583 miles on it. On May 2nd, I noticed that the right front tire was completely worn out. I then looked at the left front, which was not as bad, but still needed to be replaced. The only reason I noticed was because of the way I parked, which had the right front pointing outward. I had recently received an email from Cathy Seymour, the salesperson from whom I purchased my vehicle, checking to see if everything was good with it. I told her about the tires and that it had just been inspected before I purchased it. She stated, quote, "I know that if your Traverse needed tires, our shop would have certainly put tires on it. They are paid for any service that they do. I do know that being a woman myself, sometimes there are places that try to take advantage of women and try to upsell them. I hate to say that, but I know from personal experience that this has happened at a shop here in town." She then goes on to tell me that she hopes I am enjoying my Traverse. I know I should have paid closer attention before I purchased it, but Ms. Seymour has pretty much called me a liar. I've already had the tires replaced, and never once asked for any compensation from Jim Price Chevrolet. I really hope everyone that decides to purchase a vehicle there pays close attention to every detail. This is not just a matter of principle, it is a matter of safety. I'm sure that the dealership would not want the Virginia State Police to be present when they do their inspections. Pay close attention if you go there.

It is very frustrating that you have to deal with only one specific rep when getting a vehicle serviced. I had to wait 10 mins for them to show up before finally convincing someone else to take my vehicle. I said I needed it by 5, didn't hear anything by 4:15 so called, after being on hold 5 minutes, I was told they can't help because that rep wasn't at their desk, again.... Having 4 reps and only being able to get answers from 1 is not efficient and if I have to keep wasting my time to get help when there are others available I will not be frequenting your dealership again.
