Been in Charlottesville for 31 years, tried many auto centers, these guys are the best, fair, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and just nice folks. They go beyond the norm.

Took my car in for an annual inspection. The 3rd rear brake light was inoperable due to overheating (it had melted), but the tech was able to repair it, saving me about $150. They could have just installed a new, or used, part. I appreciate the effort, and time it saved me from being without the car.

Recently took my 16 year old truck for brake repairs primarily but also some other upgrades that were definitely warranted. The service was timely , courteous,and frank but equally as important was the philosophical Conversation with the assistant manager that made the time there a non .mundane experice.
