Lionel was so incredibly well versed in helping us. My diamond that I've had for 22 years came out of my engagement ring and was lost. I was devastated. We had a terrible experience at the Fredericksburg store and drove all the way to Charlottesville. We are so glad we did. Lionel offered advice and had our back when it came to diamond selection. He was upfront and gave us the GIA report and made sure we got the best quality replacement. We appreciated his time taken and overall integrity.

Always a pleasure. Staff is helpful and not too pushy. They will do whatever they can to make the experience as wonderful as possible from sizing, removing/adding watch length, cleaning, and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. A+++

What a joke, two people ask the same guy if he needs any help while someone was already helping him, and I’m just walking around trying to buy a watch that I already had my eyes on and not a single person came to ask if I needed help or even greet me. Will not be returning

I have been to Jared a few times. Every time I have gone, the staff has been very professional and friendly, the showroom is very tidy, and the selection is great.
Despite all of the staff being very professional and friendly, my interactions have mostly been with one individual. One, who over the years, has assisted in finding some reasonably priced gifts for my wonderful wife. Most recently she assisted me with selecting some items which I gave to my wife for our anniversary, and she loved them. That professional's name is Scarlett Sherman.
SCARLETT SHERMAN is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and assists in taking the edge off of making purchases which are unusually expensive for most people. I have never had a moment of buyer's remorse nor regret after making a purchase there and in part, I think that is because of Scarlett, her professionalism, and her ability to assist you in finding the perfect gift rather than trying to convince you of something you're not confident in. Scarlett gets and A+++ rating from our household and I would guess the rest of the staff there is very likely on par with her.

Dropped off a ring to have pearl replaced. When picking up the ring, what they gave me was not mine. Would not fit on my finger and obviously inferior gold. My ring was quite old and heavy with 4 prongs to hold the pearl. The ring they gave me was light, thin and had 6 prongs and a very small pearl. It obviously was not the ring that I have loved for many years. Be careful when dropping off jewelry to be fixed here. Make sure you take pictures and document your jewelry. They will switch yours out for a less valuable inferior product. The manager would not speak with us on this issue. This has been a heartbreaking and awful experience. I would not recommend.

Best experience I've had with a jeweler! Customer service was awesome, we had GiGi whom worked very hard for us and with us to get the ring we wanted... the manager is beyond wonderful, she worked diligently and worked her magic to make sure we got what we came for, despite some minor setbacks. The store is very welcoming and everyone was phenomenal, I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Working with both Kayla and Gigi was a pleasure. From the time I first went to the store to the multiple times I went to figure out customizations I was blown away by helpful and responsive they were. I truly appreciated how easy they were to work with.Kayla educated throughout the process to help make the perfect engagement ring. I spent many days coming in trying to figure out how I wanted things to look and the patience they had to work with me looking at different styles and different cuts was phenomenal.I had the pleasure of working with Gigi and Kayla and they cared about this project as much as I did which was wonderful. The time we spent searching for the perfect pieces to create the ring was enjoyable. Kayla made sure the loose diamond was shipped, updated me as to when the loose diamond arrived, and helped me thoroughly examine the diamond and help me with next steps. Kayla’s eye for detail, her professional advice and demeanor, her responsiveness to my questions all made this process one to remember!I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with them and have already brought multiple pieces besides the engagement ring from the store. This store will be the store I get all my future jewelry from. I highly recommend utilizing Jared to build custom engagement rings as their customer service is unmatched.

Took my engagement ring in to get resized paid $219 because they do all repairs and resizing in house I went to pick up my ring it didn’t fit when I tried it on thought maybe my hands were swollen compared it to the ring I used as a guide for sizing and they didn’t resize it at all. Would not recommend this location
