We are new to the area and my wife, in doing her research, stumbled upon Jamie’s agency. We met with Jamie and asked him to show us some homes meeting our need, as well as some new build options. We had Jamie walking in the woods looking at potential build sites and we spent two whole days looking all over the Charlottesville and surrounding area. Jamie was well informed of most county/city codes and such. We ended up going with a new builder using a builder Jamie recommended. He and Shannon were great to work with and stuck with us through the entire process including our walkthroughs before closing. We recommend Jamie 100%.

We highly recommend Jamie and his team. They helped us find a townhouse/condo that is perfect for us at a time when very few properties were coming onto the market. When the right property appeared online, Jamie called us immediately, we drove to Charlottesville immediately to view the property, made an offer, and the offer was accepted that evening. The total time was less than eight hours! Settlement went smoothly just two weeks later, and we are now happily settling into our new home. If you are looking for a home in the Charlottesville area, you will be well served by Jamie and his team.

Jamie and his team were fantastic... I am an out of town buyer with limited knowledge of the area, which required a very good real estate agent to help me navigate this market. Jamie and Shannon made this transaction flawless and quick. They helped me coordinate every aspect of the transaction including many items that were not their responsibility (even after the closing). I've been buying properties for over 30 years and this is by far the best real estate company I have used.

Jaime and Shannon were fantastic. I worked with them from out of state. They went above and beyond to work with me and an unusual schedule. Jaime used FaceTime and videos for home walkthrus and electronic documentation signing for home offers. Shannon kept me on task with all of the items to close and continued to assist with final items after we closed. Both are absolutely wonderful and I would be more than happy to work with them again.

Jamie and his team were outstanding every step of the way. At the start, Jamie took the time to understand our needs and help us narrow down what we really wanted. He then recommended that we drive certain neighborhoods and get back to him with our thoughts and choices so that we could develop a targeted search. It was a great blend of guidance and giving us time to explore on our own. When we started looking in earnest, he was super flexible with our schedule and was very open about what we saw and how he thought it would fit our needs--never did he push us. Jamie was right on it when we were ready to make an offer. Last but not least, his team, particularly Shannon, provided amazing service throughout the closing process. I have bought homes before and the customer service Jamie and his team provided was simply top notch. You cannot do better if you're looking to buy or sell a home in this market!

We had an excellent experience with this team, and would highly recommend working with them as your Charlottesville area realtors. They are a team in every sense. We had a semi-unique situation in the property we were looking for, and we were also living across the country at the time. Jamie, Jalen, and Shannon were all wonderful, and all stepped in at different times to help us out with our needs.Ultimately, a home we liked popped up and we knew it would not last long. Jamie was able to get out to it the SAME DAY and do a remote showing. We loved it, put in an offer, and secured this home within three days. I strongly believe that if he had not been able to get out to the property that day to show us, it would have slipped away during the open house over the weekend. This type of dedication and customer service speaks for itself.Everyone we worked with was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive on communications. We never waited for answers or wondered where anything was in the process. We would definitely use Jamie White Real Estate again in the future.
