I almost hate to write this review. I want to keep this auto shop all to myself, but here I go.... I've now been 3 times. Once for a diagnosis and oil change, and twice for repairs. I had been praying and looking for an honest mechanic for years and was dissatisfied with many places in the area. As a female, it is even harder to get an honest quote. These guys are honest, responsible, and kind. I can not say enough good about J Team. If you are like me and reading reviews trying to find a good mechanic, trust these reviews. They have 5 stars for good reason. And... my car was as clean when I picked it up, as when I brought it in. They look out for their customers. Thank you, J Team. I'll see you, but hopefully not too soon

Went to J Team after a bad experience at the Nissan dealership. The team was friendly and helpful and fixed my issue for almost half the price of the dealership. This is how you run a auto shop. Highly recommended.

I'm a senior lady that depends on hervehicle to work 24/7, have to have relable service. The J TEAM will make time in their extremely busy schedule to at least access the problem as soon as possible....Always give me what I need to know, so I can understand and gather my situation and truly can know my options. These folks totally put my mind at ease, I can rest in their expertise and know they will caringly go the extra mile to keep my auto operational ....and keep the expenses reasonabke...so thankful!

Just had a great experience here as a first time customer. They were able to diagnose a noise that two other shops couldn’t and then they fixed it on the spot. Such friendly workers and we also loved hanging out with Finn the shop dog while we waited!Service: General repairs & maintenance

J team auto is amazing! Honest, professional, friendly... Dealership broke two wheel studs trying to get the tire off to do a rotation and wanted to charge me over $600 to repair. Their costs included replacement of tire studs, wheel bearings and labor. I didn't feel comfortable having them do the work and decided to take it somewhere else. As I had heard so many good things about J Auto, I stopped by just to see if I could get an appointment within the week. Sean offered to fit me in immediately. His mechanic found something weird with the wheel being repaired and offered to check all my wheels. I appreciated that Sean acknowledged there were bad mechanics out there and places looking to rip people off, but did not bash any other shop. Totally professional. As he said, their business is built off their good work, not off bashing others. I will be a customer of J Auto as long as he's in business.

I always dread finding a new mechanic when I move, but J team has been amazing. When I moved to Virginia my car failed the state safety inspection and I needed a new muffler. I call around to different shops in the area and not only was J team the cheapest option by several hundred dollars, they could also fit me in the same day! I've had to go back for several other repairs since then and they always have the cheapest quotes. The service is amazing and the problem is always fixed. I highly recommend.
