Missed two appointments. Dropped off my documents. Taxes not done. Called daily for a week and calls were mever returned. If you use H&R Block go in with low expectations.

If you are ever assigned Harsh- as your tax pro, don’t bother going in at your appointment time. He is just far too busy to meet with you! Please value his time and meet with someone else.Went in at my appointment time for a 30-minute consult with a tax pro, Harsh-. He literally told me to my face that he doesn’t have time for “this”, a 30-minute consult to talk about my taxes…This office called me a couple days in advance to confirm my appointment, maybe I should have done that too so I didn’t have to drive 30+ minutes in to town to be turned away!Tanza the receptionist was super helpful though and very empathetic to the situation with Harsh. She was very kind and told me someone else will be in contact about getting a consult next week. Harsh was the only person who had a problem it seems.

My real rating for this location is zero stars. I sent my taxes in for a virtual drop off. I picked the most experience tax advisor and they completed my taxes. However, they only worked at the location once a week. That advisor has asked that office to finish the file online or send the file to them to finish. That entire office refused to assist and would not assist me either. Holding my taxes hostage. That office is lazy, incompetent, and lacks the customer service that H&R Block was known for in the past. Hiring a real tax person next year. They will do what H&R Block can't do... my taxes.

I had to call multiple times in order to find out that my taxes had not been filed because they forgot to charge me. I was informed of this on the tax deadline, a month after I thought my taxes were filed, which meant that I needed to run out to pay in order to have my taxes filed. Use another tax preparation service.

Susan Brannen was excellent. She took the time to explain everything to me and follow up with answers to any questions I had. She was thorough, courteous, and very easy to work with. I would definitely take my taxes to her again.
