Rude employees who block all of the pumps with their beater cars, then claim the bathroom is out of order. This was after I paid $57 for gas after a 4.5 hour drive and needed to use the bathroom.

I stopped to fill my tank up after a long drive, and the attendant refused to let me use the restroom. Not hospitable whatsoever.

My daughter had flat on Memorial day and left her car park. When they opened the next day, she took an uber there and ask the tire to be repaired. They told her it was ruined and had to be replaced. She told them to just put the spare on.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Holiday Exxon is located in a very convenient place, but I'm fed up with taking my vehicles there for VA state inspections. Please read all the reviews on here. I have experienced the exact same scam tactics. Please save yourself the headache and drive right on by this business. They have no regard for their customers.

This is a long-overdue post in praise of the service I have received from Reggie and the team at Holiday Exxon. Over the past two years, I have been taking my 16 year old Honda to Holiday Exxon for everything from routine inspections, to electrical issues and a leaky radiator. Reggie and his team have consistently done great work, keeping my old car on the road and presenting me with clearly explained options prior to doing any repair work. Additionally, they have made sure to help me get to my office for work if it is necessary to leave my car for an extended period. They have truly gone above and beyond. I am someone without much knowledge of car repair, so I am very grateful to have found a mechanic who I trust to help me make the right decisions.

I do not often do reviews but I feel this one is extremely necessary I came in for a state inspection actually technically a re-inspection that was a few weeks overdue I failed for a door handle and a windshield originally from another facility I fix those things brought it to this place where they informed me that I now need my headlights cleaned for $80 new wiper blades which I had just replaced a new tire which I have just replaced all four within the last 7 months and brakes over $400 worth of repairs I do not recommend this facility the reviews I read while I was waiting we're all accurate they will find a way to charge you for something like headlight cleaning for $80 please take my recommendation and find a different location to inspect your car

Reggie has always been honest and done a solid job. Had to do a big job on my car. He gave me a loaner for two days. The only mechanic I'll use in this area.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO GET SERVICED! They will steal your money! I went in for a routine inspection and they failed me for dead tag lights and side markers, neither of which I had ever had problems with before. I ended up replacing them myself and saw that all of the bulbs had been removed. I'm sure they've pulled this trick on people often. Even worse, they said they'd "fix" them for $65 when it took me $7 to buy the bulbs they removed and about 2 minutes to replace them. THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU!

I'm really regretting that I didn't check the online reviews before I went here. This place scammed me for dirty headlights for my inspection. On top of that they told me they were switching the bulbs when they talked to me over they phone and when I came into pay they said it was only the cleaning they were doing. I'm really upset because a trusted friend recomened this place to me and I will never be going back.

On the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at 2:45 my rear tire was smoking. I called one place and they said they couldn't help me. I called Holliday Exxon and they said if you can get here quick we'll see what we could do. I pulled up in less than 10 min. They took the car into the bay immediately and within 30 minutes had me back on the road! This place was amazing...the mechanics were funny and quick!

A guy who used to work as a mechanic told not to take my car so that I don't get ripped off. He said the manager would tell you a problem that doesn't need to be fixed specially state inspection. He uses it to make money. He "had to changed the engine mount" on my vehicle for inspection and then I took it to a different shop the next time to be told he did not change it since it looked many years old. When I called him he told me the warranty expired 3 days ago and can't help me. Will never go there.

Went here on April 9th 2018 at 9am for a state inspection, went inside and the guy was so rude. Told him I would wait in my vehicle, guy tried to tell me I couldn't do that, i did anyway. Inspector comes out, dirty as can be, gets in my extremely clean and mint truck without protecting anything. Gets greese on my floor mat with his cane that he puts in my truck as well when he pulls it inside. Tried to stand there with my truck told me I couldn't because of insurance reasons. No, these people wanted to sabotage my vehicle and break something or disconnect something to charge me a ridiculous fee for something I didn't need. I work in a shop and recognize all the tricks. STAY AWAY, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. This is not my only bad experience
