Great personalized experience working with this shop. Mae’s eye for small details and her guidance helped us choose frames and mats that complemented the art. It’s hard to see from the pics due to my lighting, but the mat on the distillery print—a deep olive linen wrap—helps distinguish the monochromatic graphic print from black frame. The entire process took only 2 weeks even with a custom-made wood frame for the map pic. We are more than delighted with the final products. Will definitely use Great Graphics again.

Fantastic, artist-to-artist customer service. William, Mae and company are always very helpful; they're a can-do team who bring creativity and fun to the framing process, yet they handle everything with the highest degree of professionalism. They also work with me to find ways to make my pieces more economical, but it is never cheaply done. Their fine work speaks for itself. I live in Richmond, and it's absolutely worth the commute to have my photographs framed by Great Graphics in Charlottesville.

These folks not only did a perfect job re-matting and replacing the glass to a watercolor painting, they also took the painting to FedEx and mailed it to my son in Colorado. Amazing personal service from very professional people!

Mae, Will and team were so lovely to work with and did a beautiful job framing my print. I haven't invested in much art for my home, and they took the time to help me pick out exactly what I was looking for for one of my first pieces. The entire experience was wonderful! I brought in three of my great-grandfather’s sketches and prints. I am so grateful for all the help picking out frames and mats and the care with which the 100-year-old pieces were handled. The finished product is beautiful and now my great-grandfather’s art is safe, preserved, and on display. I highly recommend Great Graphics.
