Came here to buy some Christmas items for cheap. Had a great experience. Store was clean and staff were friendly. Highly recommend you checking this place out.

They’ll tell you prices are high because of their generous “programs” they have set up, but it’s starting to get so bad, we might as well just shop actually retail stores and get stuff new for the same prices- I drove 40 minutes for this goodwill and was met with a lot of disappointment when I walked in and the dressing rooms were closed, the glass dish I can get at Walmart for less than $5 was priced at $5.99 with no lid was the cherry on top

Be warned: they won’t allow anyone to use any of the 4 dressing rooms so there are people trying on clothes in front of others in plain sight. If you’re modest, avoid this place. They said it is because they’ve had clothing stolen in the past so corporate won’t unlock the changing rooms. It’s uncomfortable to shop while others are dressing near you and watching you also. On the bright side, they will let you exchange the clothes for a “store credit “ if you get the wrong size! Most of the clothes are not organized according to size. Some were grouped in general size categories but without a label. If you find damages they will probably give you a discount.

You need to remind them to give you the discount at check out. I made it all the way home before realizing I didn’t get the sale price on color of the week items.

Despite the size of the store, this Goodwill is very junky and unorganized. Prices for everything have gone up. Sometimes I find damaged, used goods that are more expensive when they're new. You're better off elsewhere.

I worked here. Constant bedbugs. Upper management doesn’t care. They also accused nine people of violating a shopping policy but only fired the AA male and the Hispanic guy. They lie about having a “Mission” side of the building. They are all empty offices in every building. They use the profits of the store to fund their other for profit businesses. None of the clothes are washed and filled with bugs. People catching hand foot and mouth. Beware of what you bring home with you. Don’t round up. That money goes to their for profit aquatic filters. They donate noting to the community. Whatever doesn’t sell in store they sell it to whole salespeople by the pound. They drive profit numbers. Fire people with disabilities for not hitting numbers. Company cut all employees pay by 12.5% after advertising raises. Company is collapsing financially to build a for profit grocery store.

The store closed the dressing rooms, so we bought clothes with the intent of returning what didn't fit.Read the return policy before purchasing. Store credit that expires in 7 days. But wait, it gets worse. Suppose you by 3 items that each cost $10. If you want to keep one and return to then you have $20 of store credit. If you then use your store credits to buy a $15 item you might assume that you have $5 of store credits left. That is not the case because you have no item to return to redeem for the $5.

great selection of shoes and clothing. dont know why everyone is so pressed about prices- its genuinely mot overpriced. people expect thrift stores to sell clothes for dirt cheap. thats not what a thrift store is. its discounted used clothing. sick of people whining about “overpriced” clothes when its not.
