I've paid payments on a nissan I co-owned with a friend. When we needed work on it Free Bridge fixed it and had a loaner till it came out the shop. Mechanics, sales people & even the co-owner are excellent at customer service. On top of the cars they sell and know their product. I wouldn't get a vehicle from anywhere else considering my credit, & if I could I would still come back here. Great selection and decent cost make a used car place. Thanks for the years y'all helped my family travel.

Trash. 4 days after I got the car the check engine light started blinking. I brought my car in 3 times for them to “fix” the issue. The 4th time I was denied service even though my car was never fixed. TJ is dishonest and rude. He yelled at me in the parking lot to get off of his property. Shaun (his brother) will flirt with you inappropriately and doesn’t know anything about the business. The service people are rude and disrespectful. They don’t do their job. When my AC went out I was told to drive my car in 105° weather with my 9 month old daughter because ALL 8 of their loaners were broken. The “ladies” at F&S are rude, ghetto and lie. Might as well get your car off marketplace or craigslist.

Left 1 review already of my 2011 Chevy. Financed at $18,000(inexperienced, no credit. Still hosed me though as KBB is around $5-6 thousand) made it about 13,000 miles in 9-10 months(very heavy use according to Free Bridge) before severe problems arose. Told numerous different things after bringing it to the service center I decline to re-finance with them for them to fix it.Now I've proceeded to spend about $2,000 and many hours fixing different problems with this car (a few obvious issues that their mechanics missed or ignored) only to have new issues continue to arise as soon as I fix one. Nothing but a source of frustration and stress for an absorbent price, one step up from a complete lemon.

Amazing people work there, even tho I had to get some work done after purchase. Erin in the service department was a true blessing, she got my car right in, Was very understanding and helpful..

Went to go buy a car because I needed to commute to work and have relatively bad credit. In a pinch, I grabbed the least expensive sedan safe for my newborn son to ride in.The very first day the brakes failed and I hit a guardrail. Their lovely employee said I was on my own since I got in an accident. Now being stuck with this vehicle, TJ said he'd help me out and fix the brakes and look at the suspension. After getting hit with a service bill I asked them to wait because I couldn't afford it. They auctioned off the vehicle and now I'm getting garnished for the amount.Just spoke with the sheriff serving the docs and he told me that this happens to everyone, and he delivers more free bridge docs than anything. If you have kids and other priorities, and dont want to dump your whole check into a pos car that they won't stand by, I highly advise you search for a vehicle elsewhere.

First time buying a car and they did the best to screw me over. Paying $18,000+ for a car that lasted 7 months of light use (to and from work, short commute) before needing to be brought in for repairs. At which point they misdiagnosed the issue then doubled the price to fix the actual problem.

do not get a car from here! i have been stuck with a car that takes a minute to start, cuts off at every stoplight, drives by itself when i’m pressing the breaks and they won’t fix it they are a scam

Okay. I’ve bought two cars and the only reason they aren’t getting five stars is because of my experience with Erin in Maintenance. She needs to learn how to speak to people and have better customer service skills. Because there’s always someone out there far worse and going through a much worse time than you. The Fadely’s and Ben are great. No need to say much more. I’ll leave it at that. I have a lot of respect for Sean, TJ, and Ben. Great guys who I don’t believe would intentionally try to get over on anyone. Things happen when you buy used cars, it’s how they address issues that shows their integrity and the guys have been good.

Cars are reasonable at best but I think definitely overpriced. I have not purchased a car from them and now have no plans to go back and look. They do not offer carfax on most of their cars which is a huge miss. Most dealerships offer free carfax reports in todays market and this is one reason why I will not be returning. I was working with a salesman and was looking at a vehicle. After a test drive I had some concerns regarding the vehicle. When I spoke to the salesman about it and the price I found out that the price had gone up significantly on what we spoke about before. When I told him I would have to think about it and would likely pass do to the issues and the new price the sales man responded by saying “hey that’s fine, I can sell this type of car to anyone”. That didn’t sit well with me. Also there is a lack of professionalism in this business. They curse openly in front of the customers and seem more focused on themselves instead of the customers. Again cars aren’t that great and definitely overpriced in my opinion for what you get. Looking at previous reviews management has a tendency to respond to less than stellar reviews rather rudely which just again is evidence of lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a rude response to this review here. It is unfortunate at the end of the day. They have been in business for a while and have helped some people get into cars that needed a chance which is great no doubt but at the end of the day they just lack professionalism.

My Husband bought a car from them love the car great people they were very professional , they listen to him and understood what he was looking for . his sales person was name Ben . Thank you Ben , would I recommend them to ,my Family and Friends? YES i would May GOD Bless Them all.
