Let’s firstly be adults. Coming to this location to buy a vehicle you know the interest rates are going to be higher than normal. It’s literally a buy here pay here and it’s a business. If you talk to people how you wish to be talked to you receive the same respect. I personally have history with this place and I’m currently buying my second vehicle through them because they gave me a better deal being a return customer. I absolutely love both vehicles I’ve gotten through them and couldn’t be happier. I respect and appreciate the staff and owners and in return I get respect and appreciation. Over a five year relationship that I can hope will continue.

Worst place to buy a car I made it clear I wanted the 2007 Toyota Camry and was all set to get it the next day I get there they tell me they had to put the car in the shop because of a check engine light was on so they offered me another car that I said over and over again I didn't want the car they were offering me and they just say there and looked at me and said they wouldn't feel safe putting my family in the 2007 Camry but offered me a 2006 Toyota Camry that I got and I only made it not even 20 miles down the road and the check engine light came on in the 2006 Toyota Camry so why couldn't I have got the car I was originally gonna get if the same thing was gonna happen to the one I didn't want.

I would not recommend them to anyone car was no good and if your a day late they calling you ten times a and the lady running it Tammy text you nasty messages they are very rude up not business like at all

This is the worst place to ever get a used vehicle! The biggest scammers the city of Charlottesville with the most unprofessional people working in their office. All around trash on trash money hungry.

Me and my husband recently purchased a 2014 kia in good condition, i know the comment section is a little give or take i was also unsure about going to this company because of the reviews, but i took that leap of faith lol but i will say the staff is REALLY nice, and very helpful. Quick process as well.for people with bad credit, or no credit needing a vehicle quickly this is a good place. My husband is our sole worker due to me medically not being able to work so we needed something to help us get around that was affordable.Down payments aren’t unreasonable.I think some people forget buy here pay her places sell used cars so sometimes issues arise, you get what you pay for in a sense. But i would go back to them for another car if i needed to do so. I hope this helps someone else who reads the mix comments and isn’t sure.

This place has got to be the worst place I have ever got a vehicle from. **** in the service department is very rude and she doesnt care about you nor your vehicle services. She also put me in a run down service loaner in the summer time with no ac and service engine lights on. My truck has been broken down, in and out the shop since I purchased it back in February 2023. Still until this day the truck is broken down and to much of a danger to drive. I almost lost control of the truck with my children in the back because it had faulty parts put on it. I was told a new motor and other things was being put on the truck. They had the truck for a whole entire month before I got it back in June 2023, once I got it back almost a week in a half to two weeks the truck broke down again. This truck has been in that shop 4 to 5 times and came out worse then it went in. I do not recommend this place to anyone they are all about money and not about making sure the vehicle is in great driving condition and the safety of the customers doesnt matter to them unless money is involved. Something has to be done about this place.

I've paid payments on a nissan I co-owned with a friend. When we needed work on it Free Bridge fixed it and had a loaner till it came out the shop. Mechanics, sales people & even the co-owner are excellent at customer service. On top of the cars they sell and know their product. I wouldn't get a vehicle from anywhere else considering my credit, & if I could I would still come back here. Great selection and decent cost make a used car place. Thanks for the years y'all helped my family travel.

Trash. 4 days after I got the car the check engine light started blinking. I brought my car in 3 times for them to “fix” the issue. The 4th time I was denied service even though my car was never fixed. TJ is dishonest and rude. He yelled at me in the parking lot to get off of his property. Shaun (his brother) will flirt with you inappropriately and doesn’t know anything about the business. The service people are rude and disrespectful. They don’t do their job. When my AC went out I was told to drive my car in 105° weather with my 9 month old daughter because ALL 8 of their loaners were broken. The “ladies” at F&S are rude, ghetto and lie. Might as well get your car off marketplace or craigslist.

Left 1 review already of my 2011 Chevy. Financed at $18,000(inexperienced, no credit. Still hosed me though as KBB is around $5-6 thousand) made it about 13,000 miles in 9-10 months(very heavy use according to Free Bridge) before severe problems arose. Told numerous different things after bringing it to the service center I decline to re-finance with them for them to fix it.Now I've proceeded to spend about $2,000 and many hours fixing different problems with this car (a few obvious issues that their mechanics missed or ignored) only to have new issues continue to arise as soon as I fix one. Nothing but a source of frustration and stress for an absorbent price, one step up from a complete lemon.
