I cannot say enough good things about Service team led by John Lindstrom and service writer Richard Bennett. On top of it and very helpful and accommodating as I’m a few hours away. Additionally Jamez Lynch, Porsche sales /brand ambassador/used car manger is wonderful. Very helpful, incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this store. Excellent customer lounge also.

Atrocious customer service when it comes to the service department, advise one to not waste your time. According to an employee at the service department, apparently "all Chinese people are dirty." I don't know if this is an accurate representation for this entire dealership, but I believe it is the consumers that put food on the table. Apparently a $350 detailing package was enough (or not enough) to induce racist commentary that generalizes a whole ethnicity. Video footage captured the entire conversation.

James and the Service Team worked around my schedule, expedited parts deliveries, got everything right on a difficult external mirror fix. Ready use of a loaner, pleasant customer lounge and transparent billing process all done with professional care. Great team.

James Tingley was a new face but a pleasure to work with. There are not enough superlatives to describe Aaron Sanders . Kind Cool and very professional are just a few . His care of my cars is my number one reason to stay with Porsche and Flow . He makes the brand and the dealership shine.

Beyond rude and unprofessional. Must be hard seeing others live your dream while you scam ppl and overcharge their cars. Go elsewhere for your car needs, not even worth the time dealing with the absolute trash customer service here.

Flow has always taken excellent care of my Porsche Cayenne!They recently had me come in for service related to a minor Porsche recall, and their service manager John Lindstrom provided outstanding service. He even had his team fix a tire warning alert on my dashboard at no additional cost.What a great team! -PJ

Way over priced. I was quoted $200 plus for a simple oil change. I received a bill for $574 plus for a simple oil change! What a rip off

I sideswiped a mailbox. My side view mirror was knocked off and was dangling, causing damage to the side window and door. At first I was given a completion date of one week. When insurance got involved the completion date became three weeks. Not sure why.The first problem I had was lack of response. I can't tell you how many times I called and received no response. Really awful. I needed to know when my car would be done because I had a trip planned and needed to know if the car would be done in time. I explained that on the messages I left, but it made no difference. No one called me back. A woman named Jennifer was supposed to have called me, but didn't. Finally, when the car was ready, I got a call from Jennifer. However, when I got to the dealership to pick up the car, the body shop was closed. It's important to know that the body shop is operated as a totally separate business from the sales and service departments. The Audi service department is great. No problems with them at all. The body shop is the problem. When I got there are 5:15 I was told that the body shop closed at 5:00, and no one in sales or service had a key to their office. The rest of the dealership closes at 6:00, but no one had told me that the body shop had different hours. I was stranded there with no way home. A nice gentleman from the dealership drive me home, a 30 minute drive each way. I returned the next day to pick up the car and found it with an empty gas tank. That is not how I left it. Again, no explanation from the body shop that made any sense. Really annoying. The day after I picked my car up, I learned that the body shop technician no longer worked there. I don't know what happened. Maybe he got tired of being blamed for the non-responsive habits of his co-worker Jennifer. I highly recommend the service department at the dealership. But I would never use their body shop again.

Been trying to get ahold of them for days now. Called everyday, left voicemails. Never got a return call. Finally got someone on the phone today for 5 seconds, she was incredibly rude and not helpful what so ever. Then she puts me on hold in the middle of me talking without any sort of warning. Tried calling back and they rejected my call. Completely unprofessional.

Unprofessional and disrespectful. After getting the initial quote that I felt was high based on my other options, KBB value of the vehicle and circumstances (out of state purchase), I responded that i would be interested if they were willing to work with me on the price. Sales person (Crissa) thinking that she was responding to her colleague only, actually sent a response/email to me stating "I responded he can get lost". Indeed, I will stay away from your business. You don't deserve a penny of my hard earned money. Thank you for your judgemental error and showing your true colors.Update 3/17: I have called multiple times and left VM to Jason. If you would like to reach out, feel free to call me back.Update 3/31: Spoke with the responder of this review 2 weeks ago and never heard back from him again. He sounded like he was looking to make it right, but hasn't followed through. My email to him also went unanswered. Maybe after the first time incident, it's a good thing.

Arrived for appointment 3/22 for oil change on Porsche 911. Met with Ben. Given a loaner and told to return in two hours. Great so far. Returned in two hours. Ben was at lunch. Oil changed but car not washed as promised. Given a $600+ bill for an oil change. No one available to explain the size of the bill. Ben called before I reached C'vill city limits; apologized for not being there, the car not being washed and that I had been over charger by $325. He said that a check would be issued to refund the $325 and he would have a note put in my file to have the car detailed for free on my next visit. Today, 4/7 I have still not received a refund check. Ben has called me 4 times in the interim to tell me the check was in the mail. I called him on 4/4 to ask about the check. He was surprised, would find out the problem and call me back .He didn't. I tried to call Ben on 4/5; found out he had been transferred to the Volkswagen department. I was transferred to James the new Porsche rep. I explained the situation to James. He said he would get to the bottom of the problem and get back to me. He did. Said the check was on its way from Winston-Salem. Still no check. Tried to call James again, call went to voice mail. Requested a call back from someone with a reasonable explanation. I have heard nothing. No call, no explanation, no check. I own a distribution Company with 60 vehicles. In 40 years, I have never been treated this poorly or been fed so much BS. PLEASE use my comments in your advertisements and promotional material so people will be warned of your business.

Ben Kuper ordered my requested items…and informed me when they were ready to pickup. He then assisted to install the cargo mat to insure fitment. Excellent service!

My initial experience was bad at first. After the corporate office reached out to me and instructed John at Charlottesville Porsche to reinspect my vehicle again. They were able to identify and correct the problem. Even though I still feel overcharged $4777.00 for the initial work I didn't need, I am pleased that this long-term issue has finally been resolved.

My husband just bought his dream car from this dealership. We had excellent service from start to finish. Very professional, welcoming and not pushy. Our salesman Brandon was top notch and facilitated the sale process flawlessly. I'm typically someone who dreads the car buying process, but this was unlike anything I've ever experienced before. It was actually relaxed! I'd like to highlight the finance department as well! Dave was excellent! He fully explained everything, including what we were getting with our warranty. A big thanks to Ben in the service department for his help too!We couldn't be more pleased with the sales and service we've received from Flow. We will definitely consider them for our next car purchase.
