Audi service overpriced their alignment service for my car, claiming the recalibration of sensors caused the price of the alignment which is priced at $103 to be $800. The car was not in an accident, only had new tires put on. Do not go there!!! They will rip you off!!!

I made an online reservation three weeks in advance for my vehicle's 30,000 mile checkup. I received the automated confirmation from the dealership for the scheduled date. I show up on the day of the appointment and was told it had been rescheduled, but they neglected to notify me before the appointment of the change and unfortunately did not attempt to come up with a solution while I was at the dealership (mind you I traveled all the way from Richmond, VA). I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service from Flow Audi of Charlottesville.

You'll notice all the good reviews are for Audi sales. That's because Audi doesn't stand behind their parts and service. I had a spark plug break and ruin the engine of my Audi Q5 even though I had just changed them 17,000 miles earlier. Unfortunately, Audi only covers its spark plugs for 12,000 miles (yet recommends that they only be changed every 30,000 miles?!?) so the cost of replacing the engine was my responsibility. Let my pain be your free lesson. Take your Audi to any local Euro car shop that uses Bosch parts since those are covered under a lifetime warranty. Avoid Audi service at all costs.

I've had my Audi serviced at Audio of Charlottesville for over 4 years, and the staff has always been attentive and helpful! Car stuff can be stressful, but the Audi service folks make me feel confident and relaxed. Special shout-out to Everett who is always patient, professional, and friendly.

We just had an amazing experience at Audi of Charlottesville. We recently moved to Charlottesville and walked into the dealership and met Jamez Lynch and knew immediately we would buy our next car from him. He worked with us to find the car we wanted for the price we wanted. He was always available and truly a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Jamez and Audi of Charlottesville to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Purchased an Audi A3 CPO vehicle. From day one the vehicle had an intermittent vibration issue. I tried to return The vehicle within three days based on Flow’s three day return policy, but could not get a return call. I found that surprising based on how quickly they would reach out when selling the vehicle. A few days later the salesman called and set up service. The service department tried several “fixes” and returned the vehicle with the same vibration issue. I call back to see if they could dig deeper into the issue. I spoke with a service department rep who said the service manager would call back. No callback. To not fix the issue coupled with no communication is unacceptable.

I've worked with the service department at this location for years and have always been satisfied. This was my first experience with the sales team and it was over-the-top outstanding. I came in with some pretty specific requests for my next Audi and these guys (specifically Josh Marks and Will Reifsteck) went above and beyond to deliver. Jeremy Soares knows the Audi brand inside and out and was so helpful through the entire process, definitely ask for him! All communications were timely and transparent, I felt like a very valued customer. Plus, my new A4 is sweeeeeeet!

My wife and I recently visited Flow Audi to purchase a vehicle after our last one was totaled. Ray made our time at the dealership a very pleasant experience. Very polite, patient and courteous, and no pressures traditionally felt at other places. I'm convinced that's why we skipped looking at any other dealerships and cars. Our recent purchase of our Audi Q-5 could not have been a more pleasant experience. Everyone that we encountered at Flow Audi was friendly, courteous, and professional. In particular, Ray Tinsley was exceptionally kind, and knows the Audi brand inside and out. He kept us up to date with the build date, ship date, etc. as the vehicle was being built. Our experience in dealing with Ray far exceeded our expectations, and we would certainly make another purchase from him.

It was comfortable from the first moment. The casual conversation was informative and very helpful in making the decision to move forward with the purchase. Timothy Hoehner and the finance manager were a pleasure to work with and very personable. All conversation was invited instead of being shut down like other dealerships have done. From walking into the dealership for the first time, through all the steps to getting my new Audi and the after service that followed, Chris Beverage provided exceptional service all the way through. Communication was always excellent and the response time was fast and attentive. All of this made purchasing a new car a breeze. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, a very rare quality in today's fast paced sales environment where everyone is out to get your business. This trust worthy quality is worth mentioning as it was what convinced me to purchase my car here with Chris. Kudos on this great customer service. Very pleased with this experience at Flow Audi. I recently purchased a new car from Flow. My sales associate, Ray Tinsley, was great. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock, but Ray took note of the options I wanted a tracked down several possible matches for me before arranging a trade with another dealer to get what I trying to find. He went above and beyond, responding to emails and texts while the showroom was closed. He also helped coordinate a delivery around my work schedule to get me the car more quickly. Everyone at Flow was great throughout the shopping process and Ray was exceptional.
