My house main water heater went out - a 80 gal STATE - and they had the replacement... got there 15 mins before they closed - but they stayed until I could get the W/H paid for and loaded. Made what could have been a long weekend - very straight & direct replacement! Thanks!!!

I’m not a plumber, but the team at Ferguson plumbing always helps me to fix issues I need help with.I had a bathtub faucet and a sink faucet that needed fixing, and Tony helped me figure out which parts I needed. He had excellent customer service and was even willing to give me his cell phone number and texted me some options and did everything he could to help me solve the issue.I’d also like to add that all the employees at Ferguson have a great team spirit which adds to the overall customer service satisfaction. When I was in the store, Garrett helped me solve another issue while Tony was busy with another customer.

I thought good ol’ customer service was dead in this country! Not here, these guys are great! If you are a business owner and you want to see what customer service used to be like, and can barely find today…go buy some stuff from this place. They are helpful, and they have fun enjoying their job and customers!

My hot water heater died, and a local company wanted $2500 to replace it – so I decided to “do it yourself” (scary). Not only did Ferguson sell me a new unit, but they delivered it for free! The delivery guy Chuck gave me some incredibly helpful advice on what I’d also need to do the install myself – and the staff at Ferguson were amazing. After the install, I saved almost $1400. The folks at Ferguson now have my business for life!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Having never been there, I struggled to find the entrance. The main doors are locked and there are signs in front of the arrow pointing to the other door so it took me a minute. Once found, the staff got me sorted and the forklift operator helped me cut the pipe to size so I could get it in my truck.

I wanted to comment on the outstanding customer service I received over the phone with Justin K. The Ferguson Charlottesville store transferred me to plumbing as I had questions about washing machine water inlet hoses. Justin was extremely knowledgeable. His willingness to answer all my questions led me to ask about drain hoses, pans, and moveable stands. I sincerely appreciate his patience and receptiveness. He answered all my questions. Thanks again, Justin!
