There is no dropbox. On a Saturday, the counter at this FedEx office is unattended. The fellow eventually came out and told me to just drop the envelope on the counter. Poor signage and no explanation how to make a simple drop. He didn’t even scan the envelope. I hope it arrives. Poor experience.

Hours listed on Google do not match the hours of the store. It closes at 6:30. Google says 7.

Some of the worst service I’ve encountered. I arrived with nobody at the help desk and simply waited. Was met with a very rude “Can I help you?” and when I replied yes, was met with attitude and the agent told me “What.”
Immense disrespect and completely unprofessional.

Agent didn't know how to process an online return. I was responsible for packaging even those the store I purchased from said I could drop off to FedEx unpacked. Agent tried to hand me the return slips that should've been inside the return package as a "receipt"Clearly based on my experience and other reviews there's a training deficit at this location. Or they should terminate their partnership with store to accept returns in their behalf

Came to return a box of shoes. I was told I needed to purchase a box to send the shoes back since I didn’t bring the original shipping box, only the shoe box itself. Okay, cool I’m fine with purchasing a box. The dude then said since the packing would be ground and not express that I would have to pay more for the box ( how does that make sense?) and that I would need to purchase tape to tape up the box. Like what? Then when I asked him so what do y’all even do? He responded with “ We just take the box”. I ended up not purchasing the box and tell him that they were worthless. I should’ve said that’s the reason why UPS makes more.

All of my packages get delivered to the neighbor across the street. I stopped the driver as he made the same mistake, and he said I have to contact FedEx to get it fixed. Guess what? You CAN'T. You call the number and it's an automated system that's designed to work on ONE problem. So now FedEx has 2 more customers that think they're just awful, and nothing can be done.
