Christina in the Barracks Road location is awesome! It was the first time I came to FedEx for printing and also the first time I had to print a banner. It was advertising for a big event for my church. Christina was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and so helpful. She really made the process so much easier. Not to mention that it was completed in a day. And when I came to pick it up, the banner looked great! Great job Christina and the rest of the Charlottesville Barracks Road FedEx Team - Thanks so much!

Not very accommodating or friendly in the printing portion of the store. Needed a printing location to ship materials out of town for work. I've had really good experiences with other stores, just not this one. Ended up canceling my shipping labels and shipping from elsewhere. If you have other options, use them!

Unpleasant staff made it difficult to pick up a package that had been sent directly to this location for me to pick up, without my giving them a tracking number. I’ve been picking up packages like this from different FedEx locations both in California and Virginia for over five years now and until today my name and my government issued ID have always been sufficient. The employee came across as hostile and rude. By the time I was able to find the tracking number, the same employee had already gone back and found it by my name. All of this was completely unnecessary. Moreover, if you are working with a customer who is new to your location and you are more strict about enforcing certain policies than other FedEx locations, at least be nice about it and not nasty or rude.If management reads this, it was the female employee working on the date of this review at approximately 1 PM. Looking at your other reviews, it appears that there is consistently a hostile female employee, maybe you should consider providing her additional training.

Ahhhhhhh!!!! so frustrated with their phone system. Just trying to get a hold of the helpful store manager that is working on my project to. I told him that I would go to another store to pick up a USB for Max Pro (because their store was out) but wanted to let him know he can move forward with plan b… but I can’t get a representative!

I use this location for all my shipping needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and packages always get where they're going, intact and on time. No complaints

I felt valued as a customer here. The associates helped me (Cindy, John, and Alyssa) with what I needed and taught me how to use the paper cutter. Friendly and fun store.

What a friendly local print and ship shop locally run by Scott and his team since 2019! I came in with a huge box and a blurry copy of the QR code for a label to be made. Scott was very helpful and said I could simply email the code to the office from my phone and then they printed it out and shipped off for me! Tons of supplies there too including cards, stationary, packing supplies, etc. I'll be back for my next print and ship service for sure and plenty of parking too.

I visited this location today to print labels off of a barcode. They had an employee there who interfered while I was using the self print terminal and in a nasty tone yelled that I couldn’t print it there. She then proceeded to refuse to help us to print the label as she wanted the item there too. I explained to her it was a large item and we would be getting it there shortly. With a hostile tone she refused to assist. The instructions on my label support being able to print and within 5 days use/send the label - there is also an option to get a new label if it did expire. Yet, all I received was a refusal to assist and rude treatment.

Not the best customer service nor are they very helpful assisting customers with getting large packages out of the building. I know it's not your job to carry my package out of the building but you could at least offer to point out an usable cart to move my goods. It's also not cool when an employee is openly rude to its patrons and speaks to them in a demeaning manner.
