you can never get through to a real person on the phone for this location. They use a very rude robot who keeps telling you that they cannot help you. They basically refuse to connect you to a real person. Awful

The service here is fantastic, especially for a shipping service.
I have never met a FedEx employee as kind and helpful as Christina. She is wonderful and made the process, which could have been a headache, very efficient.

Difficult passive aggressive employees with a nasty attitude. UPS down the street is much better. They are helpful and do their job well.

I was trying to print a mothers day brochure and the computer started beeping loudly and logged out in the middle of the project. I lost everything, and wasted my time and money. DO NOT TRY TO USE THESE COMPUTERS TO PRINT ANYTHING EVER. Have a saved copy of what you want to print and likely bring it in already saved in a variety of formats and availability options (email, usb, burned cd, sd card ,etc) so that you can get it printed quickly. Also, when I asked about using computer, i was quoted the wrong price per minute, AND no offer to help, assuming I knew how to use these slow machines that I clearly have never used (because I asked about them). Thanks Fedex for wasting my time and money. Amazon, color printer...here I come!

Christina in the Barracks Road location is awesome! It was the first time I came to FedEx for printing and also the first time I had to print a banner. It was advertising for a big event for my church. Christina was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and so helpful. She really made the process so much easier. Not to mention that it was completed in a day. And when I came to pick it up, the banner looked great! Great job Christina and the rest of the Charlottesville Barracks Road FedEx Team - Thanks so much!

Not very accommodating or friendly in the printing portion of the store. Needed a printing location to ship materials out of town for work. I've had really good experiences with other stores, just not this one. Ended up canceling my shipping labels and shipping from elsewhere. If you have other options, use them!

Unpleasant staff made it difficult to pick up a package that had been sent directly to this location for me to pick up, without my giving them a tracking number. I’ve been picking up packages like this from different FedEx locations both in California and Virginia for over five years now and until today my name and my government issued ID have always been sufficient. The employee came across as hostile and rude. By the time I was able to find the tracking number, the same employee had already gone back and found it by my name. All of this was completely unnecessary. Moreover, if you are working with a customer who is new to your location and you are more strict about enforcing certain policies than other FedEx locations, at least be nice about it and not nasty or rude.If management reads this, it was the female employee working on the date of this review at approximately 1 PM. Looking at your other reviews, it appears that there is consistently a hostile female employee, maybe you should consider providing her additional training.

Ahhhhhhh!!!! so frustrated with their phone system. Just trying to get a hold of the helpful store manager that is working on my project to. I told him that I would go to another store to pick up a USB for Max Pro (because their store was out) but wanted to let him know he can move forward with plan b… but I can’t get a representative!

I use this location for all my shipping needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and packages always get where they're going, intact and on time. No complaints
