Got gas, a car wash and lottery tickets today. I mistakenly thought I had paid for an Ultimate Wash and went inside to address it. The customer service was great and the manner in which the manager responded was exceptional, despite the fact that it was my mistake.

The new guy that works there is so rude. I think his name is Ryan I went inside store on Tues evening around 545 pm he is a Caucasian with glasses and while I was looking down at Debit card machine entering my phone number I looked up and he was shaking his entire arm at me like saying you need to hurry up. I was in shock and disbelief and I asked him was he shaking his hand at me like trying to rush me and he said yes with no sorry or anything. I am a everyday shopper there and I told him I'm a customer service manager also and if I ever did that I would be terminated and I would report him to corporate if he isn't addressed, coached or terminated. I am not 100 percent sure his name is Ryan but he's new and been there maybe a week. Plewse address this immediately. He didn't even apologize to me I'm in disbelief.
