I tried photo printing here and they turned out terribly. The white turned out with a light blue tinge, and all the 4x6s had a white gap along the side.Meanwhile, I couldn’t even find glue sticks there. The office supply aisle was worse than a grocery store.And I stopped going to the pharmacy over a year ago because it is so unreliable. Really, never go here. Anywhere else would be better!

The CVS at Rio Road and 29 in Charlottesville had an employee that greets people and is at the cashier. He is the best. He treats me very friendly personal and knowledgeable. I make the trip to that CBS for his knowledge I don’t have his name

Dysfunctional store. ATM is out of order. Photo printer is out of order. Photo camera is out of order. Self checkout machine is broken. Staff barely pretend to help. Pharmacy is even worse than the rest of the store. This location has clearly been abandoned by corporate.

Do NOT use this pharmacy! They do not answer phones. I spent 1 hr total on hold and called a total of 4 times because no one was answering. Was even hung up on after finally getting someone on the phone. The prescription was sent by Dr first thing in the morning, and around noon I called to verify medication was available in pharmacy and time it would be ready (needed to be same day). Finally went in two hrs after prescription was expected to be ready for pick up only to find out no CVS in the area has this medicine and that it would be filled in 4-5 days.*I never leave reviews. Seriously don’t use this pharmacy.

Amazing. We ordered 2 meds, one was out of stock. No problem, we’ll wait to pick up both, no rush... By the time that one came in, the one that was ready, was returned to stock. No problem, I’ll wait, but, we need to find a pharmacist, 60 minutes later, I’m pacing the store reading bad reviews and adding the 67th one star to the just Counted, 66 one star reviews. I have that time thanks to CVS. Just like school, grades are earned, not given out by mean professors.

I've been waiting 15 minutes in the drive. Thus, no one comes to the window. Why do you even have a drive thru 4 people in the Pharmacy.

Waited almost an hour for a flu shot. I had to leave because I had other appointments. No one checked in on me and I waited 20 mins in line to see if they would see me in the next 10 mins but I never even got to the front to ask.

Medications never in stock, no one can tell me when they will come in, conflicting information from pharmacy staff when they look through their computer system to find out more information, the telephone-based automated system that you have to go through to speak to someone takes forever, and staff rarely answer the phone. I could go on but you get the picture I am sure.

Prescription not ready at promised time in the afternoon, then they refused to fill it at the end of the day. Made me waste my time and hurt my schedule (traveling the next day.) Very lazy customer service and poor organization overall

I have not experienced the pharmacy but the store manager is incredibly helpful. I take my 94 year mother-in-law here to purchase what she needs and he is always very polite and accommodating.

Pharmacist was super sweet and understanding and the pharmacy techs were working as fast as they can, when they didn't have to. I was asked like three times by people in the store if I needed help with anything. Very nice

This use to be a good pharmacy but since the pandemic, it is the worst pharmacy I have ever utilized. Doctor sent in a prescription in January and they have yet to fill the prescription and are holding it hostage to boot. It's been listed as "processing" for almost four months because they are "ordering" it. I have tried numerous times to get this prescription transferred to another pharmacy but since it is listed as "processing", it can't be transferred. At this point I'm going to have to have my doctor send in a prescription to a new pharmacy. Problems with other prescriptions too! No one answers the phone. Pharmacist and techs lack customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I only go here because it's close to my house but now it's not worth it. First off Luna is rude from the start. They send text messages that a prescription is ready and when you go there to get it, there's no prescription! They blame it on a third-party text. They then say to call your doctor. That's very poor. I understand they're busy and short staffed but at least try to be correct even if it does take longer.
