Graduation CLUTCH. Get your helium here! Got the most helpful customer service TWICE from two different associates when needed the most. This CVS fills outside Mylar balloons at a non inflated price of $1.25, any size. ANY SIZE! An additional $1.25 for ribbon and clip. Called first to confirm and male associate straight forward gave all details and provided additional info on how many tanks left. On site female associate, Dominique, also straight forward and there to do her job despite the many entitled customers during grad weekend. Appreciated the upgraded heavier clip for the bigger balloon fill. Thank you CVS for providing this byob(alloon) service without price gouging during a joyous event. Please reward your faithful associates.

After many attempts to get my son’s prescription filled, we are done. The pharmacist there makes value judgments on UVA students about their medications. When I finally called in about this, the pharmacist told me his medication hadn’t been authorized yet. I told her it had been authorized by the insurance company ten days ago. She told me she didn’t fill the prescription because it hadn’t been manually entered into their system. I told her that I was not aware that he would need to tell her to manually type it in the system as that’s not his job. She responded by saying, “Well, he needs to ask me to do it. He’s an adult now.” I said, wait - why on earth would you not fill a prescription that has been approved and authorized 10 days ago, based on whether or not a customer asks you to “manually type it in to your system”?? There is no logic to this statement so I have to assume she has ulterior motives.It shouldn’t feel like you’re walking into the TV series “Severance” when picking up your prescription, but, sadly, it does. We are done with this location. Good luck, everyone!

CVS is at a great location here. Their pharmacy does open a couple mins and close a mins after/before the said time so don't cut it close. They're usually pretty well stocked and have some good items. I like the self checkout too. Even got a passport photo taken here. Great service.

First went to the pharmacy to pick up a medication,the two girls were really nice and discussed all the concerns appropriately,walk to the cashier to pay items,she was also very concerned about customer satisfaction,also asked a question from a stocking girl ? nice she walked with me to show the item I was looking for,last I always takes advantage of the cvs coupons and extra buck reward program ?keep it up

I only go to this pharmacy for the lead technician. I believe her name is Anika. She is the one that really holds that pharmacy together (I'M ONLY GIVING 5 STARS DUE TO HER!!! If she wasn't there, it would definitely be a 1 star).The pharmacist that come annnnnd go are never reliable. This store would definitely be lost without her there. Mind you, I've seen it. Smh.The store manager here is mainly rude and short with customers. It seems like the top people are the worst. They should lead by example. The regular employees are great. This store needs to reevaluate who is leading it.

The pharmacy never picks up the phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes every time I would call back (I would hang up and call about 4 more times in the hopes that they would pick up). This isn’t just an inconvenience because I have to call them in order to have my prescription made every month, so this makes it extremely difficult and nearly impossible.

Basically the whole chain stinks. Scheduled a COVID booster at This pharmacy after filling out a lengthy online questionnaire with a bunch of personal information. They scheduled the appointment but 15 minutes later emailed me that it was canceled with basically no explanation whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to schedule at a competent pharmacy (Walgreens) instead.
