The pharmacy is a separate entity, unlike any other CVS I think period. They have a dictatorship running them. They do not cater to customer service and you may wait as long as they would like you to especially if you have an attitude or you’re going through some kind of withdrawal because they don’t like people to come in there and demand them to give them their prescriptions that they ordered hours ago. I would avoid this place at all costs. If you are only going to get your pharmaceuticals, they do have a drive-through which is great which is 24 hours a day and that’s probably the only reason they’re in business I would take the drive-through route. However, make sure you have your license even if it’s not narcotic because they will not allow you to pick up anything. And then you have to go in and that’s hell on earth. You can watch an amusement as everyone gets treated like crud by the staff, especially the pharmacist the Key pharmacist who is the managing pharmacist if you complain to him, he’ll laugh at you. But if you complain to CVS managers, they’ll also tell him immediately before you can leave and then they’ll block you from the Pharmacy attempt to issue you a trespass warning. Because you were not polite to them apparently, and they do this to everybody who is not patiently waiting for three hours in line for their prescriptions that they ordered days ago. The staff seems to talk to each other more often than that there’s only like three helpful people there and they’re. pharmacy technicians. I would avoid this place at all costs for any kind of pharmaceutical recommendations, Covid shots, etc. because they aren’t even polite to those people. I think it’s a Philadelphia style downtown center City kind of CVS they’re nicer there. This is not a place you would like to go, unless you like to torture yourself and then get a trespass war and then it doesn’t even exist. Anyway, anyway, that being said it is open 24 hours and you can get in there to buy the overpriced items or get the ticker take parade of coupons that Yule traps eout there with like a kiteit’s good for Staples in the middle of the night or if you feel like shopping for make up in the middle of the night or even my favorite aisle is the made for TV aisle, but avoid the pharmacy when you’re going near there because you’re gonna get trapped by the beast

Would give zero star if I could. The pharmacy is incompetent to the point of dangerous. Changed my anxiety meds without consulting me, then were impossible to reach when I started experiencing side-effects. Do not go there!

Whenever I go to this CVS it's always having to wait much longer that the time they say they are ready. The emmet street location is much better situation and only about 10 minutes away. Would recommend going to that location instead

I honestly hate giving any business a 1 Star but this pharmacy deserves it. So I had a back injury on Christmas that I had to go to the ER for. I got subscribed some pain medicine & muscle relaxers cause I simply couldn't sleep. So my gf dropped both subscriptions off at 11:30 & returned at 1pm & they weren't ready & she was told it would take 2 more hours, so we returned at 8pm and was once again were told it wasn't ready & it could be done in an hour but there was no guarantee. They closed 2 hours later & my meds were never available. I get that after Christmas you have a lot of people coming in but that after 10.5 hours you couldn't finish 2 prescriptions. So now I'll have to hope I can make it through the pain and get to sleep and also go back to work for 8 hours. Honestly I may never get my prescriptions from here again.

The pharmacy is horrible. You have employees that can barely get what they need done because there is no help. You'll have to wait a few days just to get a prescription filled even though you get a different time and date when you put the order through. The drive-thru is no better either because you'll have cars lined up and it'll be about 20 to 30 minutes sitting in line before you reach the window. Nobody answers the phone so you can never get through to anybody. I live almost 8 minutes away, but I'll have to start going about 20 minutes away just so I can get my prescriptions in a timely manner when I actually need them.

Worst customer service in this pharmacy ever-don't come here! Prescriptions are NEVER ready per their recorded messages and usually take 24 to 48 hours to process. This has happened to me 3 times in the last 3 months. Rite Aid here I come.

It is nothing fancy. It's a CVS. This location is real convenient right on the corner. The store is clean and the cashiers are friendly.

This place has a racist pharmacist on duty tonight who denied me a behind the counter item based solely on my appearance. She refused a sale based on my appearance and even when I told her what I needed it for she told me flat out that she would not sale me the item no matter what. She could not produce a code section or store policy to support her decision and lied to me and said I had to have a prescription which you do not. What a disgusting business model of discrimination. I will never step foot in another cvs.

I can't believe how these people wasted my time. I was on the way to Blacksburg when I noticed that I had left my blood pressure medication at home. I had another refill pending so I called this CVS that was on the way. They told me they could have it ready by 9pm. I arrived early and let them know that I was there and that I was going around the corner to get something to eat. They said it would take about 30 minutes to fill. "Great! I'll get Taco Bell!" When I came back 30 minutes later, nearly 8:30pm now, they tech tells me that they don't have the medication in stock and that they can have it by Thursday (two days later). When dealing with customer service, I expect a degree of incompetence. What I can't let go, however, is the how inconsiderate they were with my time. I was unable at that point to get the medication filled at another location. To add insult to injury, no one acknowledged the screw-up. They just went about as though it were business as usual.

This is the worst store ever. I will drive 30 miles out of my way from now on to avoid filling a prescription here. I've had multiple bad experiences. I had no choice but to get a prescription filled there this evening for my daughter(my usual pharmacy was out of this medication). My doctors office is also aware of how incompetent this pharmacy is and called the prescription in and spoke with the pharmacist directly. When I first arrived the clerk was adamant they had not
