Bobby and his team at Cville Auto Body are the easiest, kindest, most efficient team of car repair workers in this area. They are so easy to work with, accommodating, communicative, and fast. I would recommend Cville Auto Body without hesitation to anyone who needs a car repaired and isn’t sure where to go. This is your best option.

Bobby Cox and the rest of Cville Auto Body team are phenomenal. I brought my car in for some front end damage and was able to pick it up about two weeks later, where Bobby provided me frequent updates on the status of it along with photos showing their progress.
Along with Bobby Cox, I can not recommend their painter enough. His work is phenomenal and I couldn't be happier with the way my car turned out. I'll only be calling them from here on out if I need body work done in the future.

I couldn't recommend this shop enough. I was able to drop my car off less than a week after I came in for an estimate. I had damage to the front bumper and grill which were fixed in 4 days. I’m very impressed with the speediness and quality of work that was done.Service: Body & Trim

Three items to note about C'ville Auto Body shop:One: I was treated with attention and respect when I left the car for repair;Two: The work was completely done inside a week;Three: The finished product was perfect: perfect paint and perfect body parts. Came here in Feb 2022 to fix my bumper and taillight after backing into a pole. Work was quick, they advised me that since the car was in a previous accident (from the former owner), the bumper may become unclipped over time but it wouldn't happen in the lifetime of the car. 9 months later, it started unclipping. Calling to make an appointment has always led to voicemail (which they never respond to). Shoddy work, even worse customer service.

In Nov, I went with CAB after they gave me a quote. It was a small easy job ($1300 and no insurance company being used) that would take 2 to 3 days, and they could take my car right away. The bumper was back ordered. Not their fault, but they said they would call when part came in. By Jan, I don't hear anything so stop in. Still back ordered but they will call me. By April, I heard nothing from them. I stopped in. The guy just said want to bring the car on 4/10. I was shocked. No apology for not calling. He then said it would be 4 to 5 days. I told him I was told 2 to 3 since it was an easy small job. He said " I can tell you 2 but it will be 4 to 5." I was shocked again by how rude he was. This small job was a nuisance to them. To me, it was huge. My father had a medical episode and backed into my car. He died weeks later. This nuisance small job that made them very little money was a constant reminder of a tragedy in my life. I should have left, but I wanted the reminder taken care of as soon as possible. They took Mon 9:30 am to Fri 4:00 to get a 2 day job done. The paint doesn't match and the lines are off when they put the small back panel on. They never even called me to tell me it was finished. I had to call Fri morning to be told it wasn't ready yet, but he would call me back. I never heard from them. My husband called and was told the car has been ready for pick up and they had called me. That was NOT true. They never called me. I understand the back order, but the rude customer service, lack of communication, the inability to do what they said they were going to do and the below average work on an easy job is inexcusable. Took my 2018 Honda Accord here a while back to have a rear quarter panel dent repaired. While the repair on the body panel itself was done well, including the repaint, the service surrounding getting the car repaired was poor. The shop was difficult to get on the phone at the time, resulting in my having to drive down their repeatedly to get updates on the repair (this includes to find out whether parts had arrived and whether the car was actually finished at the agreed upon time). But the worst thing was the state of the INSIDE of the car once I went to pick it up. The inside was completely coated in a fine dust/powder that had clearly come in through the side window while they worked on it, with no attempt made to actually clean it out at all. And sitting beside a nice, dirty hand print on the rear seat was a trim piece that was supposed to have been reinstalled under the fuel filler door. While I had no problem getting the car cleaned and reinstalling the trim piece myself, when you're paying over $1,300 cash (with no insurance involved I'll add) for a repair, you expect to get the car back in BETTER condition than when it went in. And while the body panel certainly looked like new, the inside of my car was somehow worse than when it went in. To me, it seems pretty careless, especially when they just leave a trim piece sitting on the rear seat like that. I can't recommend based on the service level. Spending over an hour detailing the inside of a car that was clean before it went in for work after paying all that is just not acceptable to me. The rest of the car that wasn't having work done should come back to you in at least the same condition as when it went in, and you certainly shouldn't have to reinstall parts that were removed for the repair on top of this. And given they're lackluster communication with me throughout this process, the lack of effort here was all the more frustrating in the end.Service: Body & Trim

My brother in laws insurance company recommended this shop for some repairs that were needed after an accident....HUGE MISTAKE. The shop has had the truck for 6 months and still have no date on when the repairs will be completed. Everytime we call to get an update the only response we get is "we found more damage. it will be at least another week". Never have i ever seen an auto body shop take 6 months to complete a job in my life! At this point we are ready to have the truck towed elsewhere. Please do your research before going to this shop and if you need your car back in the next decade, then i would recommend taking it somewhere else.
