CustomInk was very helpful in getting our sweatshirt fundraiser up and ready super fast! They were responsive to questions and helped find a solution when we needed more sizes than were originally available. Shirts arrived ahead of schedule and everyone has been very happy with them! I just had to leave a review for Adele at Custom Ink. She helped with The Rusty Iris Art Bus fundraiser in Charlottesville in October. She was amazingly helpful, positive, knowledgeable, communicative, and timely. We had a great rapport bouncing ideas off each other and perfecting them for the product that suited us best. People at the event loved the koozies and tote bags we had for guests and they highlighted our sponsors perfectly. I couldn't be more happy with the service we got. Cheers!

Casey was fantastic! I wanted to get some merchandise with my company logo to increase visibility. Casey came up with several options and emailed me right away with many great ideas. She gave me ideas that I never thought about. By the end of the day I placed my order and was surprised by the quick turn around. Avoid this business. Not only did they fire over 200 Charlottesville residents about eight days after Christmas BY EMAIL, closing their Virginia production facility entirely (along with ~130 Nevadans), they are now clearing their home-based design workforce to move those jobs oversees. If you value your job, your neighbors' ability to earn a living, your local economy, or, at minimum, only supporting ethical businesses, you must avoid any dealings with Customink. There are hundreds of local tshirt businesses, some in our own community, and this has proven not to be one of them. Spend your money in your community, don't send it to investment firms funneling it oversees like Marc Katz &c do.
