Unbelievably unprofessional and marginal quality.Have been purchasing from CHS on a wholesale basis to keep our requests local instead of using one of our affiliates out of state.First job had some quality issues, but nothing majorSecond job had some very noticeable registration issues -- not sure how they ever got past quality control, but client needed them and there wasnt time to reprintThird job was the worst -- we have an exclusive agreement with a local non-profit to handle all of their branding and marketing materials, which includes T-shirts. Apparently CHS used to produce them, and even though we hit the budget price for our client -- the same CHS used to sell to them for -- CHS called our client and pitched a fit over losing the business. We are giving over $25k in discounts to a local non-profit and CHS is doing nothing for them but takes offense to our agreement.No worries, bought an 8 station screen printing machine at auction this week and by summer will be competing with CHS. Instead of keeping a year round client -- at a margin he was happy selling to before he knew he was losing a higher margin once a year job -- CHS ended up losing our business and gaining a competitor.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Don. He was condescending and pushy. Would not recommend ordering from them unless you want to hear mansplaining.

Crazy Horse Studio went above and beyond the call of duty with not only their talent, but their communication, enthusiasm, and turnaround for our difficult project of creating a wardrobe for a team of rockstar models for a heavy metal music festival in the Caribbean! They worked with difficult fabrics and garments- their in depth knowledge, reliable communication, solid work ethic, and in the end perfect products make me recommend these great and talented people to anyone to work with!! Give them your business!

Update on the replacement for my husband's beloved t-shirt: They didn't tell me that the graphic I had supplied was too low-resolution to work. The t-shirt looks terrible, the graphic is just a blob, you can't make out any details. The guys were pleasant to work with but the result was not worth it.
