Be prepared to be upsold, multiple times, about every purchase you make...oh, you should have a patchwork foot for constructing your squares, you know I used to struggle with sewing until I bought a Bernina. I asked if they had any low volume modern small scale prints and they had no idea what I was talking about. Nor do they keep stock or reorder any fabrics. This store is just a pusher front for Bernina products with no real quilting knowledge and if you are under 50 good luck getting them to take you seriously! I've been to Bernina training and they literally instruct you to befriend lonely old people to upsell machines, it doesn't matter if they ever learn to use all the software as long as you make the sale.
I will be avoiding this place like the plague because they have no integrity. I did finally get her to back off when I said I only use Pfaff...but I couldn't convince them I've been quilting for 43 years!

A large shop with wonderfully friendly staff! We were greeted upon arrival, asked if we'd been there before, and when we said no, we were briefly welcomed, layout explained, and current sales. Lovely layout of store with many samples. The store has fabric for many interests. Wonderful experience, thank you!

Love, love, loved this fabric shop. They were so incredibly welcoming to a Brit passing through town.
They had a massive selection of fabric, notions and machines. It's a good thing I don't live close or I would spend a fortune here!

I visited last summer (2023) and really enjoyed talking with the friendly employees. I'm just getting started in quilting and I plan to go back this coming summer for help selecting fabric for my next project.

I don’t give five stars unless they truly deserve it. Ladies never have I ever been treated so kind about my purchase of a Bernina 770QE. They checked and rechecked my boxes so many times to make sure that I had my equipment and freebies. I was not worried in the least little bit about an item missing from my purchase. Thank Cottonwood for a wonderful experience. Thank you for the class which by the way made the day fly by way too quickly. Love the store and the staff.
