Since it is Costco, I falsely assumed that my pharmaceuticals would be competitively priced. I was wrong. I just paid twice the amount Walgreens has charged me in the past for the same prescription.

Aaron was the technician that assisted in fitting my Costco glasses. He was very patient and persistent about getting a good fit for my new glasses despite the growing line of people waiting for service. In fact, I think this is the first time ever that I haven’t had to go back to an optical department for a fine tuning of my fit. I hope he is there if I ever get glasses at Costco again.

Busy gas station! Good gas prices. Big store. Good deals on al kinds of household items. From apples to TV's. Seasonal items should be bought when you see them, they might not be there the next time you go.

I just want to give a shout out to the team in the optical department! They are ALWAYS so friendly to me no matter how many times I stop by to have my glasses adjusted. They are AMAZING!

Always stocked up well and I even came on Super bowl Sunday which is likely to be busy but it was still very manageable and shippable with great appetizers for the games! This is a great Costco to shop at.

Costco is absolutely amazing and the customer service is second to none! Luke was especially outstanding. He went above and beyond to take care of us, spending extra time to get to a "yes" instead of the easy "no". 10/10 - would recommend.

Just had to share my experience after seeing others had difficulty. I have been to Costco 2 years in a row for glasses and have received nothing but AWESOME service!! One kind lady there was extremely helpful - evening battling it out with my insurance to make sure i got deserved coverage - it took her a week! - not her fault - insurance didn't have their documentation right.Along with that, i was trying to figure out what glasses to get for every day vs being on the computer for work. The lady again was SUPER helpful. I ended up with a pair of progressives and a pair of computer/reader glasses - at a pretty incredible price. My wife loves the new frames too. Thank you to the great workers there, and thanks Costco for having such great workers in your optical dept in Cville!

Everything is great! EXCEPT one of their strengths is also it's weakness -- TOO TOO large packages. Great for large families not so much for smaller ones.

This review is for the tire store. I don't know much about it because no one answered the phone. Consequently I wasn't able to purchase their products or use their services. Inasmuch as one of the first steps in customer engagement is making contact...this is a basic but enormous fail. I took my business elsewhere. Otherwise, this Costco is fine.

I am giving it 3 Stars because this Costco has No Bins for Recycling when gassing up, when you walk in the store or in the store. I have been to Costco in MN and they have Recycling Bins everywhere. Everywhere should have a place where people can recycle water bottle, plastic bags, other's items instead of throwing it in trash cans. I noticed right when I walked in the store it wasn't as open as MN stores are, should maybe have a better way for display right when people walk in. I do like this Costco does sell wine.

Normally I love Costco. This review is for the Charlottesville one in particular. I was in with my sister, her 2 year old daughter and my 3 year old son. I had both kids in my cart and there was a lady giving samples of little bobos muffins and my son wanted to try one. So I got two, one for each child. The lady working proceeded to get incredibly rude with me -I'm assuming because I grabbed two and I guess she assumed I took them for myself? I don't know. Then she saw I gave them to the kids and changed her attitude. Next, I went to check out. My sister was in front of me and my purse was underneath all of the groceries I got so I told her to just use her membership card even though I do have one. The cashier asked how I was paying and I told him with my credit card and he said I wasn't allowed to do that since I was using her membership? I've never had this issue any other time I've gone with someone else. I showed the man my membership card and he still wouldn't let me use my card. Costco customer service is a joke anymore. The Harrisonburg location is much better!

We purchased new flooring for our home and were able to do extra rooms do to the discounts Costco provided. Looking forward to the upgrade to our home.

Terribly service, and rude people. Had 2 sets of glasses made from Doctor's prescription. Got the glasses in 10 days. Actually was able to see better without them. They claim the glasses were made exactly as the prescription was written. Went to another Doctor, had eyes checked and was given a prescription that was exactly like the original one. Went back to Costco with the original glasses and asked them to remake them with the new (same) prescription. They agreed so I left both pair there. 10 days later I received a text saying my glasses were ready for pick up. Went there and they had 1 person working the counter and 5 people waiting to be fitted for glasses, so I left. Went back 1 week later, and asked for my glasses. They had 1 pair, didn't know where the second pair was. Took the one pair and the clerk told me he would call me that day to fill me in on why they did not receive both pairs. Never called, so I returned to inquire about my second pair, they did not have them and didn't know where they were. No offer to find them, or give a refund for the second pair. I will not return again, nor will I ever but anything optical from Costco.RETURNED 1 WEEK LATER, STILL NO SECOND PAIR, GOT REFUND .
