Given an estimated date of delivery and nothing, mind you it was 7 days. Call customer service, they were no help, asked to escalate the issue 2 separate times and she finally gave me a case number, got to wait 48 hours until someone calls me about it, because wait.. the local branch doesn't take walk ins....
