I recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue SUV and had an excellent experience at the dealership. Sam Clarke, my sales guy, was amazing. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and had everything ready for us upon our arrival. His preparation made the entire process smooth and efficient. Additionally, Mike Phillips, the finance manager, was equally impressive. He had all the paperwork ready to be signed and the DMV paperwork prepared, which saved us a lot of time. Both Sam and Mike's dedication and attention to detail made the car-buying experience a pleasure. I highly recommend working with them for a seamless and enjoyable purchasing process.

I bought my 2015 Nissan Altima from Colonial Nissan and the service I received was impeccable. This was the first vehicle I've bought from a dealership so I didn't know to much about it but they went beyond and made sure I was comfortable. I greatly appreciate Quinton for going above and beyond to help me get this vehicle! I highly recommend going to CMA Colonial Nissan if your looking for a great vehicle and outstanding service! I had a 730am appt to wait for a Va State inspection. From 810 which is when I went yo the window to see what was happening till I got a text at 834 nothing was being done to my I car but sitting in the air. I watched through the window. I replied back to the text instantly which I felt was poor in itself to text me when I’m sitting right in your waiting room. I wait another 15 minutes before I go to find out what’s going on because no one is working on my vehicle. The Service comes back and said no one got my text, again I’m sitting right in the waiting room. Why didn’t you come to me??? So I get out 1.5 hrs later when atleast 1hr and 15 minutes of that I watch my car sit. Then your cashier is coughing and hacking and doesn’t say one pleasant word at check and the way she was hacking over there I didn’t want to hand her my card. It was an overall poor customer service experience!!

I was very pleased with routine maintenance provided by Colonial Nissan. Arrangements were efficient and the work was completed in a timely manner. The Colonal Nissan facility provided a excellent area for waiting, etc.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with CMA Nissan in Charlottesville VA. We purchased a Nissan Certified 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. From the beginning of our search we felt like we were dealing with friends. There were no tricks or add on requirements like we experienced with other dealers. They were very straightforward, honest, and had our best interest in mind from the beginning to the end. I HIGHLY recommend Laura Hawkins and CMA Nissan. You wont need to shop any other dealers!!

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra from Laura and she was the best. I live 1 hour 30 minutes away and I asked her to provide pictures of the vehicle because I wanted to be aware of any imperfections before I purchased it. Laura went a step beyond and did a video and pointed them out. I appreciate her honesty and when I came to purchase the vehicle everything was exactly as she showed no surprises. The buying process was seamless and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend Laura as your sales person. She even followed up with me to ask how my son liked his car.

Lauren was there from our first encounter to make sure my husband and I found exactly the car we wanted and needed. She made sure that all the items we wanted were covered and then some. In addition to working with one of the most knowledgeable salespersons I've met, I feel like I found a long-lost friend in Lauren. We bonded immediately by discovering common experiences and preferences.

Although Nissan Motor Corporation was no help, I had a wonderful experience with Doug and Michael, and the rest of the service center. Honest and fair pricing and no surprises. They even worked with me on pricing a bit to help offset the cost of replacing my transmission. They are all kind and courteous, too. I love being able to work from the waiting area and the free snacks/drinks are a bonus.

**AVOID IF FEMALE OR UNFAMILIAR WITH CARS!!!** I had a great experience my first time at Colonial Service Center. I had a rattle in my car, it turned out to be a loose exhaust clamp, and they diagnosed and repaired it for $135, very fair. The second time I sent the car in with my wife. Well it seems like the Service Advisor (Andrew Barnette) took full advantage of that and quoted her $4000 worth of repairs. Many of the repairs are completely unnecessary at this time. I tried to call 6 times over 3 days to get ahold of Andrew Barnette to get an explanation of why there was so much work he was recommending and why it cost so much but I haven't gotten any kind of response. Unfortunately it seems like Colonial Nissan is one of those repair shops that will screw you over if you don't know enough about cars. They should truly be ashamed of themselves. I have made an appointment at another shop and I will not be returning to Colonial Nissan Service Center.

I will never referred anybody to this place. I drove along ways to get a car and tells me that the bank requires 500 down than I say I don’t have it than the sellsman come back after talking to his manager and says that his manager has weavi the fee of 500. Than he says I need my check stubs. I tried to get my checks from my job but couldn’t do it was so late in the day I just said I will come back the next day. I finally get my check stub and emailed them to the car salesman. I called up there before I drove and said can I come now and he said hold on let me get confirmation. I waited a little bit he calls me back and said come on. I drove there I was like 10 minutes away and he said the bank tells him that I need the 500 before we can sell you the car. So disappointed and am I very upset. Very unprofessional people.

Had a state inspection done and noticed some other issues with my Nissan. CMA Colonial Nissan did a great job. They completed the services I asked for and recommended a few things that needed to be looked at. I never felt pressured to get have service done that wasn't necessary. I own 3 Nissan's and they all have service done at CMA Colonial Nissan.

After trying to deal with two dealerships, loyalty Nissan and Hyman in Richmond Virginia which was a disaster. I was trying to find a car for my 82-year old mother-in-law. Those dealerships tried to up the price on her after they gave her a price or never responding to phone calls. I didn't even know about this Nissan dealership and thank goodness I found it and Laura. She always answered my phone calls and emails. They actually gave me a better price for a Nissan Sentra than loyalty was going to give my mother-in-law for a Nissan versa S. And yesterday they just delivered the car to my mother-in-law in Farmville Virginia. The only somewhat negative thing I would say was their sales manager was very difficult to get in touch with or he didn't respond to emails like Laura. So I would tell anyone who needs a Nissan go there and speak to her or call her up. I live in Valencia Spain and she made the process very easy for me because I was the one calling and getting prices for my mother-in-law. All I can say is I'm glad this process is over and I need a good glass of wine and some paella.

I was in search of a car that was selling under $30,000 I seen on the CMA site that they had Buick Encores under 30,000, so we went and talked to Mike Miller and he went above and beyond to trade vehicles and help me. He made sure everything went smoothly as well as the finance team. So far I have been very impressed and satisfied with my purchase experience and the vehicle.
