Kindly negotiated a reduced towing & storage bill when an elderly friend's car was towed from the wrong parking spot and he did not realize it was gone for 2 1/2 weeks. Thank you.

I had my car towed from my own apartment complex. They made me pay for every day it was stored even though I explained that I am a pediatric healthcare worker and I have worked 13 hr days for the last 5 days in a row. Today was the first day I had the time and energy to look into this and they still charged my 500+ for the storage alone, let alone all the other fees. I never leave negative reviews but overall they were unhelpful and rude on the phone. I will never look to them for a towing emergency, nor will I be leasing with this apartment complex again. This was a terrible experience.

Customer service was horrible, male was using fowl language and slammed the door in my face, there was a big dog loose and asked if they would put dog up and they were very disrespectful. As a Black female, I feel as if this was a racial issue, due to the fact that as a customer I was treated very rude and disrespectful. I never got loud or disrespectful to the 2 employees, the young lady was trying to apologize for his actions but the male was not listening. I would not recommend them for any services.

Trash of a company. Money hungry vultures always looking to take from someone even in these difficult times. Don’t even deserve a star. Google needs a to add a negative star option. Hope they get you all like they did that tow company in Richmond.

It's never fun having to get your vehicle towed! But Steve from Colliers arrived in a timely manner to help me out. He was efficient and also just a nice guy. He let me know when he had arrived at my mechanics with my vehicle.

Am trying to figure this with their policy if you have to tow a vehicle why would u open or unlock the vehicle? I just witnessed a tow man struggling to unlock the vehicle went inside and then towed the vehicle I thought a tow truck can just tow I was much concerned about it even if it wasn’t my vehicle but they should not unlock vehicles,it’s privacy
