Wasted 3 days inquiring on a car we wanted to purchase from here back and forth made 2 trips to look at the car and the salesman told us after stringing us a long it would not be sold, it had too man problems. Why not find these things out before posting the car on your website and wasting everyone's time. Will never deal with this place again

Dropped off our Cadillac XT4 on 8/18/2023. I was told that the dealership was waiting for the part (fuel purge pump) to arrive so that they could install it. Today is 10/24/2023, over two months and still no part or repair.I called several times hoping for and update, they chose to string me along and won’t return calls. I am extremely disappointed about the way they choose to ignore this matter. Having to rent a car for over two months is absolutely ridiculous. After some research online, I discovered that this is an on going issue with these Cadillacs but some how they neglect to keep up with the parts to correct this common and ongoing problem. Stay away from this brand and dealership if you can.

Mr. Madera was very helpful with my vehicle purchase as of recent. CMA really worked with me and was able to drive out of the lot with ease.

Contacted this place on last day of the month about a vehicle, got approved Saturday morning and negotiations lasted through Saturday mid day... as of writing this havent heard from them all week. Guess they werent motivated to sell.

I had a simple oil change at this dealership in Charlottesville and it was a poor experience. The price quoted when I set the appointment was about half of what the charged me. Their new sales people were looking for people that looked like better prospects then me so I was totally ghosted in two of their showrooms too. They would not honor the price they quoted and have extremely poor follow-up. I think they really dont want to know or care to resolve customer concerns. I strongly recommend you find another dealer. We just purchased a new car and sadly had to drive out of the area to but it, we have no plans to service our vehicle here again either.

We called last week about the recall on our truck to make the appointment. We called on a Tuesday and make the appointment for the next Tuesday to do the recall and oil change and tire rotation. Dropped the truck off this morning and they told us it would be 3 or 4. So we said ok. Went back to pick up the truck at 3:30 and the only thing done was the oil change. Said that the parts for the recalled was not there. Did not say anything about that when we dropped the truck off. Did not even give us a call about it. When I made the appointment, they checked with parts about the recall. Not happy at all. No idea when the part would be there. So our day was wasted. Do not go here for a recall!!!!

Great communication and very efficient process. We finished the test drive, trade-in, purchase with financing in half a day. This is the fourth vehicle I purchased from Colonial Auto Center. They treat either the new customer or loyalty customer very well. Highly recommend!Thank you Shah. Thank you Scott! Happy to see the salesperson sold the first car to me growing up to the manager here.

I still can’t believe I got my car inspected in the middle of the day. I was turned away from many others but Colonial Auto Center was amazing to do this inspection for me. They were kind the whole time I was there. Very polite and professional. I will definitely go here again. If anyone deserves my money it would be someone like these guys who no matter the time of day…. They are will to help. Thanks guys!

July 1, 2022Dear Liza Borchers,I want to thank your car Salesman Jeff Holland for helping me find a “new to me” car after my car accident on June 4, 2022. It took me a while to feel better and it was certainly not a good time financially to take out a car loan. Would like to thank Felicia our salesperson for going above a beyond for us. She get 5 stars! The window on or SUV was chipped when we got there to look at it they tried to repair it but a few days after getting home the chip started to crack , we called to let them know and Felicia call a couple hour a latter to let us know they ordered us a new windshield and to bring it back they would take care of it .Now for the bad the Financial department is over pushy and all about the up sale we did get an extended warranty . I told them I did most of or up keep on our cars oil change, breaks ext…. But after read the paper work fine print all the maintenance work that is done has to be document it with a receipt with the Vin make model of the car the date in my name or it’s not valid. So the warranty is useless after I do I first oil change. So when I called complained about it she wasn’t receptive but the sales manager assured me that I could do my own or changes etc. with no problem . I’m still trying to get in contact with the warranty company but as everything to them is automated it’s hard to talk to anyone.So just watch out for the finance department.

This is another place to stay away from. Their service department is a joke. Nasty attitude, and overpriced. So I had an estimate for a sensor. They quote $700.00 saying takes 3 hours to replace. My boyfriend arrived home from his business trip, took one look, bought this part at Advance for $27.99, put it on in (get dis) two minutes!! Carter Myers Colonial is just plain bad. Another Charlottesville rip off place, be careful ladies not many honest people left these days.

Great experience with this dealership and everyone that works there. With the car shortage we had to look out of state for the car we wanted. They made the process very simple even though we were in Chicago. When I flew in to pick up the car everything was ready and the process was very easy. They have continued to stay on top of our registration. Very happy with out purchase and how easy they made it.

The staff was very kind and hospitable. After making several efforts with other dealerships we decided to visit colonial auto center before we made our final decision as to which car to purchase. Thats when we met Jeff and Gavin, and they made us feel like family. That same day we unexpectedly bought a car because of the amazing treatment we received. Customers for life, definitely. Thank you.
