We couldn't be happier with the built-ins that Mike and his team did for us. We had build-in shelves around a gas fireplace at our former home and were hoping to recreate the look and feel of this in our new home. Mike was patient, asked good questions, and went through a few versions of a design with us so that we ended up with something truly excellent. On the day of installation he and his team were so great to work with, and made sure we were really happy with the end result. We had the cabinets installed over a year ago and they have been exactly what we hoped, and the quality is great. Thank you!Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

Michael wanted to charge me extra for him to wear a mask in my home during the construction phase of the contract, explaining that it was due to "your special requirements." As a physician working face to face with COVID patients, I explained it was to keep him and my family safe. Unfortunately, we were unable to move forward.He did not refuse to wear a mask during the initial visit and provided refund without issue.

Mike and his team did an exceptional job of fabricating and installing a 7-and-a-half-foot wet bar, which included sink and faucet, and provisions for an integrated ice maker. Mounted above the bar were two additional cabinets and two floating shelves.The craftsmanship and installation are top notch. Mike was very careful during his pre-quote visit, and during subsequent discussions, to consider and evaluate every detail. Consequently, the installation of the completed product went without any surprises. It was seamless. It looks like the wet bar was part of the original construction of the house.Although, this was a custom job, it turned out much better--and bigger--than what the home builder offered, and at the same price. Throughout the process, Mike was accessible and responsive. The entire experience was great and we couldn't be happier.Mike and Cloud Cabin Arts are enthusiastically recommended.

I couldnt be happier with my cabinets, they came out better than I had hoped. Mike did a great job at incorporating all my ideas and worked with me every step of the way. Definitely the most professional and responsive cabinetry contractor in the central va area.

This was the easiest and most straight forward home project we've ever done! Michael worked with us to put a new, permanent hutch in our dining room. It was affordable and yet still beautiful.

Cloud Cabin arts was thorough and professional right from the beginning. Mike provided my husband and I with incredibly detailed quote, which he modified for us many times as we defined and clarified our project. They arrived on time with the custom cabinet doors built for us to upgrade our 1960's look. Cloud Cabin Arts completely refreshed the look of our kitchen with new cabinet fronts for a fraction of the cost of building entirely new cabinets, in addition to building a custom bookcase as a counter end cap. They painted the doors with the color of our choice and installed new hardware. The installation was quick and the result was absolutely beautiful! I would recommend Cloud Cabin without hesitation!

I can’t say enough good things about Michael and Cloud Cabin Arts. He came into our project when the original cabinet maker couldn’t continue the project. Michael responded quickly, listened to all our desires and delivered a beautiful product in a timely manner. He is meticulous, talented and responsive. I would take just one of those qualities from other contractors-he has them all.

Mike worked closely with us to custom build a vanity table for our bathroom sink. We had to work in precise measurements for a tight space, and we had specific design, wood, and finish requests. Mike was on top of communication, made adjustments when our requirements changed, and produced a beautiful final product. We would definitely go back to him.
