Worst mall ever. There's a Macy's, a couple of jewelry stores, and a few small stores. True waste of time to visit this mall unless you have no other options. Sidenote: Harrisburg mall is about 35 minutes away.

Mall management is intentionally trying to drive out stores in order to tear down the entire mall. They refuse to make this known to the store owners who are finding this out from security as they quit.

There are hardly and stores still opened. The ones that ate still there you have to walk long distances just to get to the next one. Plenty of parking but parking lot is dirty and weeds growing everywhere looks like a ghost town from the outside.

There are very few stores remaining. I remember going to the Mall when it first opened, it was busy, vibrant and had trendy boutiques and large anchor stores. Belk is the only anchor now. Maybe after Home Depot is constructed, more stores will relocate to Fashion Square.

Great place to walk around, but it's very much a dying mall. Was surprised to see a few tenants such as Build-a-Bear and Torrid still going.

Used 2 be a nice place 2 visit!! Unfortunately they sold out 2 home depot & now most of the mall is being tore down!!

Love this mall but breaks my heart seeming all the empty store and the grass growing in the parking lot.
Best Belk for miles and I live 5 hours away. Shop this store and save $. Bless the Lord!❤️

As of summer 2023, seems to have significantly declined since my last visit in December 2015. On a weekend afternoon, the mall was nearly empty, resembling more of a ghost town than a bustling shopping destination. There were only a handful of open stores and restaurants, with many spaces boarded up and closed. The few active spots included an Eddie Bauer store and a hypebeast type steetwear store, which were the exceptions to the otherwise empty mall. One security officer and a maintenance worker were among the sparse staff, and the food court had minimal activity. Despite a decent amount of cars in the parking lot, the low foot traffic and limited store openings suggest a troubling trend, and it is concerning to think about the mall's future prospects.

Has food, a bathroom, room to walk, and some stores. Everything is clean and there is sufficient lighting indoors. Free wifi too!
