I have shopped Caspari in Charlottesville for many years. It is a delight each time. I also order many items online and the shipping is efficient and everything is packaged so nice and secure. This store is a class act and not to be missed if you are in town.

Beautiful store with plenty to choose from if you like to celebrate. Traditional decor and elegance. Hard to find a store like this. Highly recommended for window shopping too :) the store will awoke all of your senses. Don’t forget to check out the zebra pinches !

It’s a nice store, but if you need help, they don’t answer the phone or emails. I recently tried to reach them both ways with no luck. I ended up buying an item online from another company.

Stopped by during a trip to the area as I've loved their paper products for years. Beautiful store with lovely home goods and creative displays. Happened to be a sale so I got several items, napkins, placemats, holiday cards, etc. Spent quite a bit of time just browsing and getting inspiration for party planning. No problem with the staff who were pleasant. Although items are pricey, you'll love the quality design and unique items.

Like walking into a magazine, this lovely store has so much to offer. The paper products are so beautiful, the perfect touch for a special gift. The home decor makes me want to redecorate my house! The staff is so pleasant and welcoming. This store is a favorite!

The beautiful Caspari merchandise cannot make up for the unpleasant sales clerks at the only retail Caspari store in the United States. We stopped by on a recent trip this January and the store was empty. Rather than being happy to see a live customer, the sales clerk acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our money. This was not the first time we had this kind of experience at the Caspari store. Who hires their sales clerks? Time for an attitude adjustment and a change in staff.

Caspari is the most beautiful store in Charlottesville‼️. From the minute you step through the double glass doors you are surrounded by stunning displays, plants,clothing, elegant gifts and the best looking paper products on the market anywhere. My friends come from all over The Commonwealth to visit Caspari and never leave empty handed. The sales associates are friendly and very knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor, go visit them…you will believe you are in a fabulous store on Fifth Avenue!

3 stars for the actual store and the selection but the homeless people who harass you on the mall outside the shop are too much of a deterrent. I came with my 75 yr old mother to buy a Xmas gift and a homeless man yelled obscenities at my mother because she said she didn’t have any cash on her. A similar scenario happened the last time we came to the mall so we give up! I remember when we used to love shopping on the mall but it appears times have changed down there.

Today we visited Caspari in Charlottesville for the first time. The store had a lot of beautiful home decor merchandise and other quality items. It’s located in the popular downtown mall, and a lot of people were at this store today. There was a large table with stacks of holiday cards in boxes, and I found some beautiful cards with a red cardinal on them. Since our company logo also has a red cardinal, I bought three boxes!

Bottom Line: Lovely but pricey paper goods, stationary and home decor beautifully displayed. I am a fan of Caspari paper napkins because they have classy designs and are of good quality. The dyes don't seem to come off of them when they get wet unlike some cheap paper napkins. If I am not going to use cloth napkins when hosting I use Caspari napkins. I also like their name place cards, gift bags and tissue. I didn't even know that Caspari had stand-alone stores so when I saw this store at the downtown mall I was pretty excited to check it out. The displays are dazzling and it was fun to look around. In the end I didn't buy anything but I did enjoy looking, especially at some of the holiday decor.

The cashier was rude to me because my husband didn't have on his mask (he exited the store). I was so nice to her but apparently his choice caused me to receive awful service. Would not recommend this store for ANY reason.
