Okay selection, but staff follows you around until you buy something. Weird experience. Then I buy $45 worth of cigars then get charged $10 for a cheap cutter? Avoid this place.

I’ve just been to the downtown mall location of Carrytown and they had all the things I was looking for (fish bowl for the pun relation) and Jay, the awesome dude at the counter, helped me find 3 amazing pieces as well as calling another location to see if they had what I was looking for. 11/10 customer service and done with a smile and jokes. 1,000% recommend this location!! Thanks Jay!!
